We help alleviate hunger and poverty for children and their families who live in underprivileged communities in and around the city of Windhoek, Namibia. We do this by appealing for donations and raising funds to fund our food bank network that provides emergency food and basic toiletries supplies to those in need and in time of crisis.

The principle activity is The Meeting Point, a community hub in Backwell where people can meet to socialise, access a range of services & support. It hosts chair yoga, children's holiday activities and a drop-in cafe. A wide range of information and service contact details is available. There's also internet access, Foodbank vouchers, a popular bi-monthly lunch club, and occasional speakers.

Founded by current Trustee Tony Cooper in 2016 the organisation provides poverty, financial and sickness relief to the homeless, vulnerable or low income families within the Swale and adjoining areas.Our services include our Sittingbourne food kitchen and food parcel services with a free clothes bank, training room and focus on providing community capacity building.

In the UK we run a food bank which operates based on referrals from local mosques, councils, GPs, Grocery stores and community organisations. The charity makes grants for the relief of poverty to individuals living in the area of benefit ( the Low Town of Bridgnorth). Grants are normally made via referrals from appropriate institutions ( currently Bridgnorth Food Bank is the main referer). Barnet collective is a group of local volunteers, who have come together to support individuals and families in the Barnet area who are struggling to put food on the table, or just need a little help through tough times. We are not a food bank, we see ourselves as a food top-up service. We make regular deliveries of food generously donated by good hearted individuals, businesses and charities.

Bradford Community Kitchen is a local organisation in Bradford originally set up in April 2017, initially we served a 3 course meal each Sunday to those in need. When Covid hit we were no longer able to provide this service so we opened a food bank which operates 7 days a week, unlike other foods banks people are not restricted by the amount of times they can request our help.

Iglesia Cristiana GESMA London is a Christian church serving the general public by providing religious services, community support, food distribution, counselling, education and training. The charity operates through services, advice and information, and by providing facilities for worship and community gatherings in a rented venue

The aim of this group is to improve the quality of life for people in food crisis in the Nuncargate, Kirkby Woodhouse, Annesley, Annesley Woodhouse and Newstead areas in particular but not exclusively by providing emergency food supplies to individuals and families in need and where appropriate signposting service users to other appropriate agencies, services or charities.

While support is donated to many local charities, such as the food bank, the ladies of the Inner Wheel Club actively enjoy sending shoe boxes abroad. Funds are also raised for overseas charities such as, schools, hospitals, water aid, etc.

The Felling Food Network since 3 April 2019 has been set up to provide a 3 day emergency food parcel distribution point for local people experiencing food poverty in Felling. We are based at Cadet Building, Wellington Street, Felling, NE10 0BH. The Felling Food Network is open: * the first Wednesday of each month and the fourth Wednesday of each month from 11.30am until 1pm.

The Charity provides food, cleaning & hygiene products to temporarily assist those in financial difficulty in the villages of Bisley & West End. On referral, we will provide 3 weeks of support & signposting. We receive donations of food & money from individuals, businesses & other organisations located within the Borough of Surrey Heath.
