The trust exists to help improve the life of vulnerable and disadvantaged people, to create an equal world where women and men have the same value in society; where women have the same opportunities as men and boys without fear of prejudice, harassment or violence and unconstrained by harmful norms and stereotypes, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, disability, religion or sexual orientation.

Provision of housing accommodation for those living within the area of benefit; provision and maintenance of amenity land to be used for recreation; making grants or providing goods, services or facilities to relieve beneficiaries who are in need, hardship or distress; making grants for the general benefit of inhabitants of the area of benefit.

The Charity also operates under the name of Hachnosas Orchim Noam Shabbos (London).The object is to the provide Sabbath and Festival meals,promote the advancement of Education and Learning of the Jewish Religion, and the relief of poverty, and assisstance for the aged, vulnerable and infirm, and such other purposes as recognised by English Law as charitable.

The advancement of education and the relief of poverty in Africa with the main activities currently focused on Tanzania where the charity finances the construction of girls dormitories and teachers accommodation for village schools and also pays for a field officer to train villagers in running VSLAs (Village Savings and Loan Associations)

Provision of home support and play groups to disadvantaged families with young children.

To provide financial help and support to poor persons and the general community in the parishes of Chipping, Thornley with Wheatley and Leagram with Bowland. To maintain the two Almshouses and provide accommodation for poor persons of good character.

The Need Project exists to provide compassionate and practical Christian responses to all our neighbours who are experiencing the effects of poverty and hardship. Our responses include the provision of food parcels for as long as required and resources allow, and where possible access to a safe place where our neighbours can come and be supported in finding the help they need in their journey.

We provide low cost furniture and domestic appliances to disadvantaged people particularly in the areas of Burnley and Pendle.We provide work experience placements with accredited training for the long term unemployed and volunteers. We help to preserve the environment by reducing the volume of bulky furniture and appliance waste that would otherwise go to landfill.

Our Charity provides opportunities for disadvantaged inner city children to enhance their life chances through sailing.

Raising funds and providing donated toys to needy homes and institutions, for children in the UK who are sick, disabled, terminally ill or from socially deprived environments.

Helping the poor and disadvantaged in the local area by recycling furniture and goods

The advancement of the Christian faith in accordance with the Basis of Faith primarily but not exclusively within Pelsall and the surrounding neighbourhood. Such other charitable purposes as shall, in the opinion of the charity trustees, put into practice the Christian faith in accordance with the Basis of Faith, including but not limited to: the prevention and relief of need or hardship

For the benefit to relieve people in need who are disadvantaged (whether through special or additional needs, dementia, communication disability, alcohol, substance abuse) by the provision of creative activities (including but not limited to music, drama and arts), an in connection with those activities to provide support and involvement for parents, guardians, siblings and carers.

A.P.P.L.E.is based in Acton, which includes highly deprived wards within the LB Ealing. A.P.P.L.E. is based at the ART BLOCK in Acton Park. Our purpose is to support the lives of children and young people by providing free, open access recreational, educational and creative opportunities.

To relieve financial hardship and to promote and preserve goodhealth amongst the general public in the Blackpool area by theprovision of funds, food, goods and services of any kind as deemedappropriate by the trustees

The Church is a gathering of people whose lives have been or are being changed by Jesus Christ and who by loving and serving Him are also committed to love and care for each other and to bring a blessing to the area in which they live through Community Projects that help those in physical/emotional need and through Sports Activities. The church also supports overseas projects in deprived countries

Provide activities which benefit the community and in particular to provide diversionary activities for disadvantaged young people living in the inner city of London. Cecily's Fund supports orphans and vulnerable children access education to help lift themselves out of poverty. Our key activities include enabling orphans and vulnerable children go to school; supporting children to succeed at school; strengthening community support for children's education; preparing for life after school through entrepreneurship and training.

The Bridge Mentoring Plus Scheme uses trained volunteer mentors to provide a one-to-one mentoring service for 10-25 year old disadvantaged young people throughout the Borough of Bridgend, South Wales. Providing education, recreational and emotional support in a confidential, non-judgemental way,we help young people achieve personal goals thus reducing the risk of social exclusion.
