Solar Links Initiative mainly assists disadvantaged communities in Uganda through the introduction of solar lighting.

The Foundation has general charitable purposes. The main activity of the Trust is to provide support for those who are socially and economically underprivileged and disadvantaged - in particular refugees, asylum seekers, victims of trafficking, people in prison, those with physical and/or mental health issues.

Provide a Time Bank service, working with disadvantaged communities in Bath & North East Somerset, to facilitate the exchange of time and services within the local area.

The primary aim of this Sussex-based charity is to help the most disadvantaged people in Romania to escape the cycle of social and economic poverty into which they are locked. It offers training, support and funding to Romanian-led initiatives, in order to foster an ethos of self-help.

The relief of poverty by supporting families and individuals who struggle to cope with daily life through sponsorship schemes in the UK.Providing funding for children and young people to access education at school or university or provide transport to their place of education.Supplying medicines for a local doctor in Oradea which provides people with medicines who couldn't afford them.

To support past and present members of the London Philharmonic Orchestra who are suffering hardship through illness,injury or other reasons approved by the Trustees.In addition,we support members who are unable to work while caring for a dependant as well as supporting maternity and paternity leave.

(1) To promote the efficiency of the Royal Army Veterinary Corps by fostering esprit de corps, comradeship, welfare & preserving traditions. (2) Relief of past & present members of the RAVC & their dependents in need by virtue of financial hardship, sickness or effects of old age by grants, loans, gifts, pensions or otherwise.

Light of Hira provides classes to new Muslims and meets with people interested in Islam. It distributes reliable and authentic Islamic literature to the public, including prisons. It assists periodically with Food Collection Service collecting donated items from the local Muslim community, with the purpose of donating non-perishable food items to the poverty stricken a/o those living in crisis.

Moulton Poor helps the Elderly in Moulton Village and the surounding areas (near Spalding in Lincolnshire)

Advance education & religion in accordance with the tenets & doctrines of Islamic Faith contained in Quran & Sunnah in particular by providing or assisting in provision of courses, lectures,seminars & classes; Relieve poverty by providing or assisting in the provision of financial assistance to the poor; Advance charitable purpose/s as the managing committee or the society shall decide.

The charity provides housing for 9 poor people and one warden.

We are a Christian church based in Killingworth, Newcastle Upon Tyne and hold services each Sunday morning in a local school and midweek house groups. Local schools are supported through assemblies and classroom activities. Although we no longer have a Christians Against Poverty centre we continue to support those of our former clients who still require help.

Upkeep of All Saints Church and maintenance of properties held by the charity that supply income in form of rent.

The charity's objects are to support charitable organisations which are based in either Northumberland, County Durham or Tyne and Wear, which largely carry out their work within this region and which promote creativity amongst young people and those who have been deprived of the opportunity to enjoy the arts whether by disability or circumstance.

ACTIVITIES INCLUDE GRANT MAKING TO PROMOTE ACTION RESEARCH, INNOVATION AND EVIDENCE-BASED DEVELOPMENTS WHICH IMPROVE TEACHING, LEARNING AND LEADERSHIP BY DEVELOPING COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIPS OF SCHOOLS AND OTHER PROVIDERS FOR CHILDREN UP TO 11 YEARS OLD IN MULTIPLY DEPRIVED COMMUNITIES, INCLUDING SPECIAL SCHOOLS AND EARLY YEARS PROVIDERS.

We believe in relieving poverty through education. We have completed a 2ndry school in Chigonele V/g, Malawi, enabling children to complete their education to GCSE standard. We are currently building the first block of a primary school in the same area. The school will consist of 4 blocks educating up to 640 children each year. We have distributed mosquito nets and have set up a football league.

Delivering Quranic education and providing essential support including food, water, shelter, healthcare, education, and crisis relief to disadvantaged communities affected by poverty, conflict, or disaster, both in the UK and internationally.

TMT Foundation operates across the UK, with a special emphasis on supporting causes in the South West of England. We are active in providing medical grants and relief of poverty & homelessness. We are especially committed to support disadvantaged children. Our Giving Hope Through Education programs provide a whole new vista of opportunity to those who otherwise would have little chance in life.
