We provide a weekly coffee morning, befriending and drop in service, use of phones, computers, form filling, various health related classes, CV writing, updating U/C journals and food parcels.

As of today, the sole purpose of Friendship Zone is to open a community village shop and post office to reduce social isolation in Cold Ashby, subject to planning inspectorate appeal decision.

We set up and run YOPEY Dementia Befriender partnerships. These are befriending partnerships between ourselves, schools or colleges and care homes. We inspire, train and support young people, known as YOPEY Befrienders, to befriend elderly residents, especially those living with dementia. We get positive publicity for our YOPEY Befrienders, ourselves and the other partners.

Green Door is for everyone and provides accessible activities encouraging the use of our local green spaces. Our aim is to help reduce loneliness and isolation in our communities. We offer accessible and adapted cycling for 11 months of the year with seasonal canoeing/kayaking and archery. We also deliver monthly history walks and talks. Green Door is volunteer-led with 2 staff in support.
