We promote social inclusion in our community by running a Coffee Shop, English Language and Lip Reading classes. Our Telephone Befriending Service is part of the Anna Chaplaincy which offers Christian spiritual support to those over 65 on request. The Community Fridge aims to reduce food waste and has supported many facing hardship through redistribution of waste food during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Our activities are to befriend and support foreign nationals in HMP Wandsworth by conducting regular visits to those who request BEST visits and supporting them as needed, including by helping them to get in touch withsuitably qualified experts specialising in areas such as healthcare, legal advice, housing etc.

SAGE Counselling provides a counselling service for adults of all ages, and those with limited mobility, who may be faced with adjusting to retirement, loss of independence, bereavement, loneliness, unresolved conflicts, disability, illness and the finality of death.

WORKING WITH FAMILIES IN TIMES OF DISTRESS OR NEED, BEFRIENDING SUPPORTING AND CARING FOR THEM. MAINLY IN THE SUDBURY AND SOUTH SUFFOLK AREA.

The Welbeloved Club arranges a full Sunday lunch once a month for elderly people who are lonely and / orsocially isolated. About a hundred people come to Sawbridgeworth Memorial Hall, Herts (or are driven there and back as necessary) where the lunch is cooked, served and cleared away by volunteers. This facilitates social interaction in a comforting environment.

A community workshop providing facilities where people can undertake recreational activities to relieve stress, combat social isolation and develop a sense of self worth.

We'll achieve this through the provision of grants, goods and services. We will support the socially excluded whose needs are the greatest. Community of Grace empowers homeless and socially isolated people to transform their lives. We provide support and accommodation and encourage them to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities so so that they may become full members of society playing their part in the local community.

This project is intended to combat loneliness and isolation amongst older adults in East Preston and surrounding areas. To mitigate the effects of social isolation and provide worthwhile, stimulating and engaging activities and provide a safe place for older adults to meet others, learn new skills, work in groups and collaborate on projects that benefit the community.

The promotion of social inclusion for the public benefit among people who are refugees and asylum seekers who are socially excluded on the grounds of their social and economic position, by providing:(1) education and training in the English language and in vocational skills;(2) social and recreational facilities and events involving the local community.

TCS supports young people in northern Uganda who have been affected by exposure to armed conflict, in order to relieve poverty and mental distress and promote well-being. A monthly get-together hosted for the elderly on the third Wednesday of the month at the Village Hall in Whiteley Village, Walton on Thames, Surrey. The event starts at 10am and finishes at midday and is open to everyone. During Covid 19, our monthly groups have stopped (March20) and we are now delivering craft care packages to our seniors as well as vulnerable seniors in Isolation.
