The charity holds twice weekly day centre's where the elderly and socially isolated residents meet to chat, play games and enjoy a meal.

We provide short-term financial support for individuals who are most in need in the deprived communities.We provide food for members of the disadvantaged communities.We provide scholarship grant for destitute children to help them go to school or advance their studies.We provide counselling & vocational training services for the socially excluded people to help them integrate into society.

MTFG supports people who find it hard to meet & socialise with others due to a lack of confidence that has been brought on by various life issues such as loneliness & loss of a love one.Our aim is to encourage people to join our club get involved in social activities. Day trips are low cost giving members a sense of togetherness contributing to boosting confidence, cutting out social inclusion.

The Communi-Tea Circle organise hosted social events to reduce loneliness and isolation amongst the elderly.

Our Community Shed provides a workshop space where people share skills in woodworking, repairs and crafts. We run weekly sessions, skill-sharing workshops and community projects. Arch 76 is a Christian charity providing emotional and spiritual support to women in East London, many of whom face considerable challenges such as domestic violence, addictions, physical and mental health issues and isolation. Activities include: arts and crafts sessions; optional bible studies, worship and prayer and other sessional activities such as dance and discussion groups.

Parents' Aid provides a package of support services to families involved with the Social Services Department or at risk of social exclusion: information, advocacy, support & befriending, family mediation, anger & aggression management, effective parenting skills and personal therapy where requested. We also give users free information booklets & offer a 24/7 information phone line.
