Ace has two aims-the mobile warden scheme & the social link:- 1) We find finances to employ a mobile warden to visit & care for Linton elderly in their own homes. 2) We provide social gatherings & meetings & occasional outings to help social cohension & prevent isolation of the elderley & keep them as a vital part of our village.

To promote social inclusion for previously excluded young adults in Lichfield District. We help people who are dealing with anxiety and social isolation by hosting a supportive space where people can socialise while enjoying shared hobbies. As a group, we take a modern approach to befriending, focusing on video games, crafts, board games, and Dungeons & Dragons.

The activities the charity hope to assist with are as follows:- Provision of housing shelter/fighting against homelessness, provision of and support the advancement of education/Islamic education, provision of aid to tackle loneliness and mental health issues ,provision of relief from poverty anywhere in the world by providing grants, items and services to individuals in need.

Endeavour to bring all the vulnerable, lonely, isolated homebound older members of the Tamil Community together to free them and combat isolation and loneliness and enable them to mix freely with other members of the similar condition. Bi monthly luncheon club, leisure and recreational outings to free them from stress and depression, annual festivals like Christmas and Tamil New Year.

We endeavour to alleviate poverty and deprivation within older communities and change negative attitudes of older people. We work in partnership with similar organisations to improve government and local authority policy, including Health Care, Housing, Social Deprivation and Personal Financial issues. Our elderly volunteers give their time and energy and do all the work. We have no employees.

To promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people (particularly but not exclusively older men), within Ellesmere and the surrounding area, from becoming socially excluded and assisting them to integrate intosociety through the provision of facilities in which they can meet to undertake, jointly or individually, creative, physical or recreational activities.

It is our aim to establish a residential care home for the elderly of all faiths, or none, within the London Borough of Havering and in addition to provide day care and care within individuals homes. During the year the charity commenced a befriending service to the elderly of Havering.

The Clothing Bank ,where people in clothing poverty can access preloved clothing giving them their dignity. The Swap Shop, where items can be swapped for items of similar value, both of these activities stop items going to land fill. Crafty Chat where people in social isolation can come together to learn new crafts and meet people, we aim to follow this up with up cycling clothing.

Our aim is to improve the quality of life for Mirehouse residentsThe group organises activities for Mirehouse Residents, to tackle social exclusion, improve health outcomes through activities such as exercise classes , cookery classes and general heath education events held locally . We hold residents meetings, and regular consultative events

The charity strives to improve the health and well being of older people in Shropshire by reducing loneliness and isolation. This is achieved by providing peer support, advice and information and by the deployment of volunteer led meetings and social events offering the means to participate in community and social activities for many older people who would otherwise be unable to take part.

SOUP provide an outreach service to individuals who are suffering from extreme isolation and are beyond reach of traditional charities who have no family or friends and scarce financial security by providing material and Mental health support. Fundraising and grants for other charities by organising Wellness events and concerts. Mental health support programmes for staff of other charities.

Chat Cafe CIO is in its third year of operation. It promotes social inclusion through activities, such as chat tables in local cafes, in venues across Dorset to solve loneliness and social exclusion, building confidence and assisting mental wellbeing among local residents and for wider public benefit.

Maintains Browning Museum. Our library also has information on British Social History, including the Settlement's campaign for the introduction of an Old Age Pension in the UK in 1908. Religious, social and community work among all age groups including the sick, the healthy, the physically disadvantaged, the lonely and distressed. Free counselling and legal advice bureau available.

Holdhands organises sports activities for young people and children aged 8 to 16. Offers activities, including entertainment for senior people of our community to overcome isolation.
