We provide freshly cooked curry lunches twice weekly Users are elders in Croydon & surrounding area who like Asian type food. We befriend clients in house & by phone,provide hot meals & some home service when people are unwell or returned from in hospital. The income is to be applied for the general purposes of the parish (Christ Church Linthwaite), and for the relief of poverty, loneliness and social exclusion

We work holistically with all members of the community in a wide range of settings to promote active citizenship, build community cohesion, reduce social exclusion, prevent anti-social behaviour and promote safer communities. All our activities are undertaken via the relevant District Neighbourhood Watch Associations and we provide support for all the Neighbourhood Watch Schemes within Norfolk.

Activities: Music especially singing, has the power to help unlock memories. The Butterfly Cafe, gives the opportunity for people to meet in a safe environment and to feel included. These events are held monthly at the Victoria Rooms Fordingbridge. We are in the process of developing a Befriending Service for people in the Ringwood, Fordingbridge and surrounding areas.

Clevedon Skate Project Trust works with Clevedon community to raise funds to build a new skate park and pump track. We will promote health and wellbeing through sport. We will work to use the facility to overcome isolation through sport. We will work to improve the diversity and inclusivity of users through sport.

The charity looks to support the community in the Parish of Redbourn by making grants to individuals, organisations, and community projects to enhance the general welfare of the residents. We support families with special needs and provide grants for educational purposes, for activities for the lonely and elderly, for youth groups, and for developing facilities in the village.

De Centre aims to provide support services to the wider community, irrespective of ethnicity. Support Services will be provided in the United Kingdom for those who are in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship and social deprivation/disadvantage.

Our purpose is to enhance the lives of some of society's most vulnerable people - the elderly and adults with severe learning disabilities - by creating unique combined residential opportunities and linking them with extensive leisure facilities which will be shared with the local community - thus eliminating their isolation and demonstrating an entirely new way of providing care.

The principal object of the Charity is to provide loneliness relief for elderly persons, resident in Greater London, through tea parties and day trips. The object includes provision of transport and hospitality for elderly persons.

Pindrop Trust works to improve well being and build social connections as well as offer skills. Communities will include those from ethnic or racial minorities, elderly or those subject to social exclusion.The community programmes are specific to the needs and interests of the group and led by community members.Using cultural and physical activities to make events and build continuity.

The provision of 'Active Social Meetings' at a number of local venues at least once per month at each venue. We facilitate the use of Community Halls and similar places for socially isolated residents to meet and share interests and hobbies, or just chat. The intention is to encourage the development or expansion of personal support networks in the very rural area of the West of Radnor.

Old Age Care is providing advice on struggles they may face in day to day life. We will be providing advice on living independently, loneliness and working with technology. The organisation will also redirect the people to the local councils, social services or health care professionals on going into a care home, getting stair lifts, walking frames, walking sticks, disability allowance etc.

The company has continued to work in the UK for the advancement of the education of people and children, particularly those of multi = ethnic and those in special need through social deprivation.

The Mercy Project undertakes activities to support vulnerable, lonely people and young people within the area of Newcastle-upon-Tyne city centre.

Trinity Centre is a social activity centre for older people in Whitby and the surrounding rural area. The centre aims to combat social isolation amongst the lonely and disadvantaged older people of the district by enhancing a person's self worth by the provision of activities and events that encourage people to develop new skills, make new friends and feel a valued member of the community.
