We operate a hobbies and craft workshop in Mablethorpe for men and women to come together, socialise and pursue practical projects both in the workshop and in the wider community.

Organise fundraising & social events for pupils, parents, staff & wider community. All money raised is donated to the school for extra activities and equipment.

We are a Womens Institute, abiding by the rules and constitution of the National Federation of the Womens Institute.We hold monthly meetings, we engage in social events, educational trips and activities. We fundraise and socialise together.

We are an amateur community theatre group based in Abbots Langley, Hertfordshire. We produce produce and present plays, and other theatre-related activities such as workshops, open evenings and play readings, as well as social events. We welcome the active participation of the community in all our activities.

KINGS Foundation is a grassroots organisation, aims to support the black boys in the age groups of 11 years to 21. Our boys are at risks of being exploited, joining gangs, Knife crimes and being kicked out of school most of them and their families struggle financially due to poverty. We run workshops and social activities to break down gang barriers and knife crime activities.

We fund raise through various social events to provide for the upkeep of the Village Hall and hire out the hall for others to use.

Supporting projects to preserve our two historic church buildings and promote their use by the wider community. Arranging educational/historical talks about our parish and its church buildings. Organising working parties to clean, tidy and maintain the churches and their churchyards.Fund-raising includes a bi-monthly Art Cafe, occasional concerts and other social events.

Our aim is to support veterans their families and cares. We achieve this through signposting and referring to professional services, befriending and social inclusion. Supporting those who have been left with social and health inequalities. We provide help at the point of need, when needed.

Bretford Village Hall is rented out to various individuals, clubs and charities for leisure and social activities.

Provision of a cooked 2 course hot meal once a week for the local communities elderly & vulnerable members at the local Leisure Centre to promote social interaction & reduce loneliness for the individuals.

The Friends support Great Chesterford Primary Academy and assist in the provision of facilities which come outside the normal range of funding. The Friends also help foster our school's unique sense of community through the organisation of social events which we all - children, parents and staff - can enjoy.

SwanComm brings Swan School parents, carers, staff and others in the community together so that we can: Organise social events to build a supportive and inclusive community for everyone involved with the Swan School; Support our children's learning through great communication with everyone involved; Fundraise for equipment and for other activities and opportunities for children at the school.

We are a local conservation and amenity group founded in 1985 to protect and represent the interests of residents and businesses in the "village" of ancient Westminster (originally "Thorney Island"). In 1994 the society adopted the activities of the Friends of St James's Park and The Green Park. We maintain a large archive collection of documents and memorabilia, and arrange social activities.

Social events for the village of Old Weston and wider community

Educational & social activities aimed at those persons 50 years and over. Classes and courses run by, taught by and financed by the members of Ryedale University of the Third Age. It is a self help organisation promoting continuing learning for the retired, although there is no age limit for membership.

To preserve and protect good health of patients who have been disgnosed with Head and Neck Cancer and their relatives. To provide a wide range of practical, social and emotional support. Reduce the impact of isolation by organising social events. Assist people to understand and adapt to changes in lifestyle. Provide mentoring and regular 'drop in' services. Use a variety of methods to fundraise.

The charity is a local choir, providing social activities for local residents, mostly retired people. We give several concerts per year, much of the income going to local and national charities (eg a local hospice, Marie Curie cancer care etc.). Concerts are also given in local care homes.Recently we have successfully started a young peoples choir which is proving very popular.

To raise funds for school sports, school refurbishments, educational equipment and school activities. All pupils benefit from the income which is derived mainly from social events organised by parents, pupils and staff.
