Pirton JoyCare supports residents of Pirton aged sixty and over by arranging subsidised social activities, facilitating chiropody clinics, and through its Good Neighbour Scheme providing assistance such as transport to medical appointments, collection of prescriptions and conducting home visits.

Running Saturday Supplementary School to give students extra education lessons.social gatherings meetings for community took place and WSCA participated in the local social events in the Borough. Football games, training and other activities for youths continued. The Association held few meetings with other communities in the Borough to share knowledge, experience and to strengthen relationship.

Carpet bowls for all ages competing against other community centres. Ladies groups playing beetle and bingo and other games. Dancing classes for all ages, tap and modern, line dancing, art and craft groups, young peoples activities, social groups to encourage social inclusion and cohesion and others.

We provide a weekly lunch & friendship for the elderly and lonely of Goring.

The Burnham (Afternoon) Townswomens Guild is a branch of the National Townswomens Group. We are a group of about 70 women who meet monthly for companionship, to listen to speakers and interact with our local community.

The prevention or relief of poverty or financial hardship anywhere in the world but primarily in S. and Central America, the Caribbean, Africa, Russia, Iraq, Pakistan, Portugal & the UK by the provision of grants to UK based organisations.To promote social inclusion, the relief of sickness, help young people, promote the provision of public arts and to allevaite suffering of animals.

Providing accomodation for social events, whist drives, judo, dog training and a field for small caravan rallies. Parking is available for ramblers and is often used by pigeon fanciers to release their birds.

Geranium Trust offers friendship & support to less fortunate & disadvantaged members of society including the elderly, people with Special Educational Needs & those living with loneliness & feeling issolated. We organise regular tea parties, roast dinners, gardening groups, nature walks and wildlife studies. We also run an LGBT plus support group with monthly coffee mornings & Sunday roast dinners

Mahraz Darshan Das provides a place of worship and study of religious scriptures. It offers a space where the community can meet and socialise. The community focus also extends to grants to support the young, elderly and needy.

A fund raising organisation that exists to support and augment the education offered by the school to its pupils.Although some events are run specifically as social activities for the children, most are organised to generate funds. The money pays for extra teaching aids and general equipment for use throughout the school.
