At a meeting on 19th March 2025, the trustees decided that this charity be dissolved.After several attempts to revive the charity by calling public meetings, it is not quorate, so cannot function.The current trustees decided unanimously that the residual funds should be transferred to Wolsingham Parish Council, to be used in accord with the objectives of the charity, and this is in process.
