TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF YOUNG PEOPLE, BETWEEN THE AGES OF 16 TO 25 IN AMBER VALLEY AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY ADVANCING THEIR EDUCATION AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING, RELIEVING THEIR POVERTY AND PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND BY OTHER CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
