Framework exists to meet the needs of homeless and vulnerable people by providing outreach, accommodation, support, treatment, care, training, resettlement and tenancy sustainment services. The service user group includes people with drug, alcohol and mental health problems and those with complex needs.

The relief of persons with learning difficulties, sensory or other diasbilities (including but not limited to persons who are physcially, mentally/learning disabled, mentally ill, chronically sick, vulnerable or in necessitous circumstances) by provision of accomodation, and other amenities, facilities and services calcualted to alleviate the disabilities and suffering of such persons.

Opening the House and gardens and part at Chatsworth every day from mid March to Christmas.Holding various events and exhibitions.Offering educational programmes for school visits and self-led activities. The advancement of education by the provision of high quality education for boys and girls and a wide range of extra curricular activities in the King's School in Macclesfield. The School provides bursaries for pupils in need of financial assistance. The School also provides various other educational opportunities and facilities to the local community.

Trident Reach the People Charity is a people first organisation working in partnership to maximise positivity, independence and participation.To support people and communities to exercise choice and control over their own lives and communities; have access to training, education or work-like activities and to live independently and participate as active and equal citizens.

Target provides housing and support services to vulnerable and marginalised adults and families. Target holds contracts with both local authorities and private sector organisations. As a registered social landlord Target is steadily developing its own property portfolio with the assistance of Charity Bank and Futurebulders England.

It operates and manages residential care homes for elderly persons in Sheffield and surrounding counties on a not for profit basis. The charity provides permanent respite and day care. Our aim is to ensure the dignity, quality of life and the highest level of individual independence possible for residents and other service users.

The Charity enables people with palliative care requirements to have access to appropriate professional assistance and care and helps patients achieve the best possible quality of life in accordance with their wishes.The Charity provides care related services in a variety of settings: In Patient, Day Care, Home Care, Hospital Care, Therapy, Social Work, Family Support & an Out Patient service.

St Giles Hospice provides excellent palliative care and enables our communities to support each other in living the best life they can to the very end, focusing on what matters most to individuals, families and our community on issues relating to terminal illness, death, dying and loss. Services: IPU, Community Nursing, 24/7 Advice, Therapies/Clinics, Education, Bereavement Support & Physiotherapy

The Board of Finance resources the Christian tasks of mission and ministry through parishes and other networks.

We support disadvantaged children, young people, adults and families in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, Derbyshire (inc Derby City) and Cheshire East. We support people in housing need or crisis to develop skills and confidence to live independently. We provide services to tackle domestic abuse, increase victims safety and work with perpetrators to address abusive behaviour to make positive change.

Providing education for children from the age of 3 years to 18 years

Rainbows Hospice for Children & Young People is a purpose built 14 bedded unit in Loughborough, Leics serving life threatened & life limited children, young people & their families in the East Midlands & South Yorkshire. We aim to provide the highest quality of family centred care. We provide a research based, holistic approach to respite & terminal care, symptom control & bereavement support.

To provide specialist palliative care to patients and their families and carers within our catchment area. This is provided via an In-patient and Day Care facility, and also through education and research to improve services.

The Trust operates two co-educational independent schools: Mount St Mary's College (11 to 18 years) and Barlborough Hall School (3 to 11 years).
