PROVIDING HOMELESS EX-SERVICE PERSONNEL WITH TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND WELFARE SUPPORT. WE CURRENTLY OPERATE IN KENT.

Museum exhibition has now been incoroprated into the new Firing Line Museum at Cardiff Castle. Research and conservation has continued throughout the year.

National Youth organisation for boys & girls aged 12-18 aiming young people towards the responsible standards of the Royal Navy.

During the year The Friends of The Royal Welsh Regimental Museum organised a number of events to commemorate the Regiments and to raise funds for the Museum Appeal. The museum Friends actively support the museum with fundraising activities and assisting with the purchase of artefacts. Surplus funds raised are accumulated pending redevelopment or relocation of the Museum.

During the year the Branch financed a range of activities for the Association and was involved with the supervision of welfare payments to ex-servicemen and their families in the Wolverhampton area.

TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE TOWARDS RESPONSIBLE ADULTHOOD BY ENCOURAGING VALUABLE PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND HIGH STANDARDS OF CONDUCT, USING A NAUTICAL THEME BASED ON THE CUSTOMS OF THE ROYAL NAVY

The Association provides welfare help and support to members and ex-members of the Royal Air Force and their dependants. It also provides a regular meeting place for members where light refreshments will be provided with some type of entertainment if possible. Regular free lunches are also provided each month.

Activities include grants for adventure trg, sports, education & social functions, the purchase of equipment to enhance the wellbeing of soldiers in training, fund raising events for donations to other charities. The aim of the activities being the promotion of developing & maintaing teamwork, spirit, attitude & morale.

The Royal Welch Fusiliers Officers Benevolent fund makes grants and loans to benevolence cases brought to its attention though the regimental network. The beneficiaries are those officers, and their dependants, who hold a RWF Commission including those who now serve in the Royal Welsh. Grants are also made to charitable activities of the RWF Officers Association.

The aim of the Unit is to provide a range of activities and adventures within a caring and disciplined environment based on the standards of the Royal Navy, to which young people can respond, and which in turn will assist in their development of self confidence, self discipline, leadership and a sense of responsibility to the community.

The aim of the Sea Cadets is to provide young people with the best head start in life through nautical adventure and fun and is based on the customs and traditions of the Royal Navy. Wolverhampton Sea Cadets is a small unit based on the edge of Heath town, a deprived area on the edge of the city centre. All young people are able to gain life skills and study a wide of activities on and off shore

Grants are made to alleviate distress of all past members of the London Irish Rifles and their immediate dependants, and of all serving members of the London Irish Rifles in The London Regiment, Army Reserve. Support is given to the Regiment's Pipes and Drums Band in the execution of their duties to parade for funerals and other acts of remembrance.

Provision of a range of activities for young people from the age 10 to 18. The Corps is based on the uniform and traditions of the Royal Navy, its aims are to promote naval activities along with developing leadership and communication skills.We currently have 58 cadets on our roll call, along with 25 adult staff.

We provide young people with opportunities to develop their confidence, self-respect and social responsibility. Life skills such as teamwork, independence and communication skills are embedded in our activities. Our goal is to inspire the next generation to realise their potential and seize a better future through nautical adventure based on the customs and traditions of the Royal Navy.

To establish and maintain for the benefit of the public a museum of RAF fire fighting. To advance education by establishing a museum which details the history of the RAF fire and rescue and to promote community fire safety. Also to advance education by displaying fire fighting memorabilia in and outside the museum to promote community fire safety. Also to Promote Education on fire safety.

TO HELP AND SUPPORT EX ROYAL AIR FORCE PERSONNEL, THEIR PARTNERS AND IMMEDIATE FAMILIES, GIVING WELFARE AID AND SUPPORT.

Based in Wells-next-the-Sea, TS Eliza Adams is a local unit of The Sea Cadet Corps, a national uniformed youth organisation based on the customs and traditions of the Royal Navy, delivering life skills through land and water-based fun & adventure for young people aged 9-18 and volunteering and leadership opportunities for those aged over 18.

Promoting through the comradeship engendered by members of the RAF St Mawgan Branch of the RAF Association, the welfare by charitable means of the RAF community primarily in and around the Newquay/Wadebridge area and in Cornwall.

Managing Trustees make grants, at their discretion, to selected TA Units based within the County of Stafford (including those Units in the geographical area of the former County of Stafford) and the Staffordshire Army Cadets Force for such charitable purposes as are calculated to further their miliotary efficiency by improving the facilities and amenities of training and service.

THE AIR CADET SQUADRON ATC are defined in the Royal Warrant in the following terms: a. To promote and encourage among young people a practical interest in aviation and the Royal Air Force (RAF); b. To provide training which will be useful both in the Services and civilian life and; c. To foster the spirit of adventure and to develop the qualities of leadership and good citizenshi

To promote the efficiency of the Army by maintaining contact between former apprentices of the Schools and Colleges and their REME Junior Soldier successors. The Association actively seeks to provide for the welfare of former apprentices of the Schools and Colleges and their dependants who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress.

Education of the public and members of the regiment in the history and military accomplishments of the regiment by public exhibition of the collection in a museum. Restoration, conservation, repair, reconstruction and preservation of objects in the collection.
