Welfare support for RAF and ex-RAF members and their families in times of need. Fund raising activities for the RAFA Wings Appeal Charity.

To promote the welfare by charitable means of those who are serving or have served in our Air Force, their wives and dependents of those who died either while serving in our Air Forces or thereafter.

THE CHARITY IS PREDOMINANTLY A MASONIC CHARITY, HOWEVER IN 2014to2015 . WE GAVE GRANTS TO NON-MASONIC CHARITIES. GRANTS WENT TO THE BLOODFAST EVS:SOLDIERS SAILORS AIRMEN FAMILIES ASSOCIATION. GRANTS WERE 50% TO MASONIC CHARITIES AND 50% TO OTHER CHARITIES. WE ALSO ORGANISED RAFFLES FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES.

The Branch is one of many Branches who fund raise to help to look after those of the RAF family and their immediate dependents. We fund raise locally to fund any immediate welfare work in our locallity and we meet monthly to socialise and ensure that those we know who are unable to attend meetings are visited by a Branch member. We ensure the memory of those that paid the ultimate sacrifice.

Makes grants to ex service individual personnel.

To follow the fundermental rules of the Royal Charter granted to the RNA by Her Majesty the Queen. To promote a close liason with serving and ex royal naval personnel in our area and further afield, to help others less fortunate than ourselves and assist, to support other local and National charitable organisations when possible.

Offers support from Branch Funds to worthy causes

To further the interestof the Parachute Regt., and to contiue the Brotherhood of all Airborne Forces

We organize Prayer meetings weekly and prayer summits on a yearly basis where we meet to pray and teach the word of God. We organize activities where we support the homeless and the needy in our communities.

Our association was formed in Norwich in 1898 to raise funds to rescue from the workhouse or a paupers grave any soldier sailoror marine, and to grant pecuniary aid to the widow of a deceased member of the association.we still adhere to those principles albeit in a modified form to this day funds permitting, the membership approve the grants to be awarded to those members in ill health .

The RAF Heraldry Trust aims to provide an heraldic achievement for all the badges of RAF squadrons past and present to be housed as a permanent record at Cranwell where it may be consulted by interested individuals and organisations. This is a method of preserving the heritage of the RAF which is otherwise in danger of being lost as the members of previous squadrons pass away and their badges are

To supply welfare support and social activities for serving and ex members of the Royal Air Force especially those in the Potter Heigham Area

Assists disabled Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen in the Preston, Lancashire Postcode area

To provide ex naval personnel and their families social and welfare opportunities, including assistance when required. Also supply support for local sea cadet unit.

Support the activities of Gloucestershire Army Cadet Force.

The RNA is an association is set up to help serving personnel and veterans and their families . We have full members and associate ones. We have monthly meetings where we discuss matters like welfare, funerals attended and social gatherings. we raise money through various events like bag packing, social events and donations. We operate out of RAFA Pub in Treorchy and all are welcome

To relieve the needs of the families of those serving and former members of the Armed Forces who are diagnosed with or who are experiencing symptoms of PTSD by working with Armed Forces agencies, health services and mental health expertise and:-raising public awareness of PTSD;-providing support groups and related services to enable those families to best their loved ones;
