The choir aims to promote, develop and support the wider appreciation of choral music by the development of musical standards, the presentation of public concerts and by offering support and services to other charitable organisations.

To advance, improve and develop public education and appreciation of choral music in all its aspects by any means the Trustees shall see fit including the presentation of public concerts and recitals. The charity is bases in Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire where it holds its' rehearsals and most of its public performances although on occasions performances are given in a wider area.

A community choir which holds three concerts each year.Soloist parts are sung by students from the major music schools and musicians from music schools play instruments.Collections are made for worthy charities including Teenage Cancer Trust,Children with Leukaemia,Surrey Air Ambulance,Headway Surrey , Aspire ( for spinal injuries). Dementia UK,Cancer Research , Heart Research UK .

Musical education through preparation and performance of choral concerts, and researching and commissioning choral works.

To help various local charitable groups with their fund raising by performing music at functions that they organise. We perform mainly within the confinements of Pembrokeshire, however we have on rare occasions travelled further afield to parts of the UK

Weekly rehearsals to encourage education and appreciation of choral music culminating in 2 or 3 concerts per year

Provide regular opportunities for all singers to perform music from a wide choral repertoire. Provide and sustain a cultural asset for Aylesbury and the surrounding area. Foster children's knowledge and love of choral music by including them in concerts where appropriate. Secure financial support to enable the choir to expand it's repertoire and to improve its standards of performance.

Steeton male voice choir gives concerts mainly in its own area but also in other parts of the country and abroad. It performs in a wide variety of concert halls, cathedrals & churches but also does concerts and workshops in nursing homes & schools.

CONCERTS ARE GIVEN BY INDIVIDUAL CHOIRS WITHIN THE NORTH WALES FEDERATION IN SUPPORT OF LOCAL CHARITIES WITH THE BENEFIT OF PROMOTING MALE VOICE SINGING FOR ALL AGES WITHIN LOCAL COMMUNITIES. CONCERTS HAVE BEEN HELD RECENTLY AT BOTH BANGOR AND WREXHAM WHEN SMALLER CHOIRS COMBINED TO GIVE CONCERTS TO LARGER AUDIENCES IN SUPPORT OF LOCAL CHARITIES.

Bakewell Choral Society was formed to enable local people to come together to sing for pleasure. The choir is open to all who wish to sing. The Society puts on 4 concerts a year featuring a variety of music. To enable people to attend our concerts we provide a free-to-user transport facility and this is provided by the Society using a local community bus service.

Public performances in a variety of venues ; wide range of musical programmes ; marking special occasions ; encouraging new ,especially young , musicians ,both vocal and instrumental .

Groby Sings is a large community choir in Groby, near Leicester, for adults and children of any ability or experience. We especially welcome anyone who is socially isolated. We sing songs from musicals and other popular songs in weekly rehearsals leading up to concerts at the local college. Cake and conversation help us to relax and have fun. A music, speech and drama festival with competence classes for piano, musical instruments, recorder, singers, school choirs, adult choirs etc caters for all ages.

The objects of The Choir shall be:- To advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the art and science of music in all its aspects by any means that the trustees feel fit, including through the presentation of public concerts and recitals;- To further such charitable purpose or purposes as the trustees see fit.

The main activities of the society are to organise and perform choral concerts and partake in the Leith Hill Musical Festival.

Sing For Joy is an organisation of community choirs for people with Parkinson's Disease and other neurological conditions and their friends and carers. It encourages self-expression through group singing and performs concerts, benefits and workshops. We have two choirs, one which meets at the Kentish Town Health Centre London and one at the National Hospital Queen's Square London.

The main aim of the choir is to give concerts to raise funds for a range of organisations in the area. Two of the concerts are major events one of which enables us to support a very worthwhile organisation with a donation. The recipient body changes from year to year. The choir also provides an annual bursary to a Keele University music student.

The Charity produces at least two productions each year which are performed to the public. In addition to this, KYDS organises regular workshops for young people to develop their skills in acting, singing and dance which also develop other skills such as confidence, communication skills and teamwork. The Charity also organises fundraising and other community events.

Rehearsing and giving choral concerts.

The Choir supports local charities and organisations by performing at concerts mainly in the south of Hampshire but occasionally elsewhere in the UK and abroad. All public performances cancelled during 2020/21 due to pandemic. Choir back to operating live rehearsals and aims to perform 3 times a year.The choir continued to sing ambitious programmes under MD Hilary Campbell.The choir is self-supporting through subscriptions, concert and fee income and HMRC Gift Aid.
