The primary objectives of the trust as defined by the memorandum and articles of association are the encouragement of the arts, the promotion and advancement of education, and the cultivation and improvement of public education in drama, mime, opera, singing, music, dance, painting, and sculpture, cinema, literature and other arts.

The education and care of c.700 boys and girls from ages 3-18, including the choristers of the cathedral church of St Andrews in Wells. The school is also one of the four government supported specialist music schools in the country and advanced musical training is provided for about a third of its pupils.

The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Society's mission is to promote the love of music. The school principally provides a high level of education to boys and girls in Cardiff and the surrounding areas from the ages of 3 to 18 years in the context of a recognized Choir School.

The Charity educates, houses and supports the choristers of St Paul's Cathedral, to ensure that they have a full and nurtured life during the times when they are not singing in the Cathedral. Ex Cathedra is a leading UK choir and Early Music ensemble. It exists to enrich lives by means of historically-informed and contemporary performance excellence, research, education and training.

The objects of Ely Cathedral Trust are to apply income for the repair and maintenance of the Cathedral and its surrounding buildings and to support the Cathedral Choir.

The London Handel Society organises the annual London Handel Festival. The charity's remit is to present high quality performances of Handel and his contemporaries, and to support and encourage young artists through the Handel Singing Competition. The Festival includes opera, concerts, talks and education projects, and ticket prices are kept affordable to encourage all who love Handel to attend.
