A rural youth movement for young people aged 10-26 years. Members can gain confidence and life skills in public speaking, drama & entertainments, sports competitions, stock-judging and cattle showing/presentation, and dancing. YFC is run by the members who organise meetings & social events.

We provide facilities, materials and supervision/training to children aged 6yrs-17yrs. Activities include painting, woodwork, clay, cooking plus football, rounders, snooker & table tennis etc.

We award grants to individuals who wish to undertyake traing/education courses in any filed associated with performing arts. This includes music, drama, dance and technical skills. This could include support with course fees, attendance at auditions, books, instruments, equipment etc. Individuals must demonstrate a close association with Rhondda Cynon Taff, usually through current residence.

PCA run activties for the senior citizens in the Porstea Area. currently these are the Bowls club, line dancing sessions and Bingo nights. in addition through out the year PCA run outings that are advertsied for users of the community centre and residents of Portsea to go on.

The charity holds various fundraising events in order to raise monies for causes in line with its aim of helping disadvantaged communities, specially those affected by natural disaster. We have raised funds through licensed lottery, fashion show, barn dance, dinner and dance and exhibitions.Our first project in Nepal was to build a school in Sundara Devi which has been completed in Sep 2018.

For the public benefit to advance education in and promote the art of contemporary dance, in particular but not exclusively by developing and producing live public performances and related workshops.

The Charity's objects are (1) that the Federation shall promote, and advance education in, the knowledge and practice of British Folk Songs, Dance, Music and other allied traditional activities in the Midlands area. (2) to encourage research of those activities specified in Clause (1)

We organized cultural events , for example, free admission African Arts exhibitions, cultural dance display and dishes to showcase our traditions and culture to the wider community and also as part of our contributions towards the Liverpool 08 European Capital of Culture celebrations. We also supported some of our elders by providing them with out traditional dishes in their own homes.

To advance public education in the arts and drama, dance and music through the support and encouragement of community and participatory arts at Ammanford Miners' Theatre and to raise funds. to promote the Ammanford Miners' Theatre situated on the first floor of the Ammanford Miners' Welfare Hall.

PRIOR TO THAT THE ACTIVITIES INCLUDED ORGANISING ANNUAL NAVRATRI AND JALARAM JAYANTI CELEBRATIONS, ORGANISING SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES TEACHING INDIAN LANGUAGES GUJARATI AND HINDI, INDIAN DANCE CLASSES: KATHAK, BHARAT NATYAM, FOLK DANCES OF INDIA, AND MUSIC CLASSES IN HARMONIUM, SITAR AND TABLA, AND VOCAL SINGING

Activities are Chinese Cooking demonstration, Exercises, Chinese Folk dance and excursions.

EADA helps promote of community participation in healthy recreation by promoting amateur dancesport (Ballroom & Latin American dancing) for the public benefit. EADA acts as the voice of amateur dancers in England and helps provide support for amateur dancers of all levels. EADA aims to raise the profile of dance and thereby encouarge participation at a grassroots level.
