THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ARTS AND CULTURE, AND THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ART OF MUSIC, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO CHAMBER MUSIC, BY: A) THE PRESENTATION OF CONCERTS AND OTHER MUSICAL ACTIVITIES, CHIEFLY AS PART OF AN ANNUAL FESTIVAL IN WEST SOMERSET; AND B) TRAINING AND COACHING FOR THOSE FROM ALL DEMOGRAPHICS AND AGE GROUPS (PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE).

1) Permits public access to the Beach for boating, fishing and other appropriate seaside activities.2) Use of the Porthallow Village Hall for a variety of public and private functions.3) Organises annual public events on the Beach, for example a Summer Beach Party, November 5 Bonfire & Fireworks Display, and a Fishing Festival

We support churches who wish to follow the Festival Church model. We support each church to find ways in which the building can be valued by the wider community and how they can be used for wider public benefit though celebrations and secular activities.

The objects of the choir are to educate the public in the Art and Science of Music in all its aspects and to study, practice and perform in public choral works and to engage in other exclusively charitable activities as the choir committee may approve.

TO ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC RELIGION IN RUGBY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE HOLDING OF PRAYER MEETINGS, LECTURES, PUBLIC CELEBRATIONS OF RELIGIOUS FESTIVALS AND PROVIDE SERVICES OF WORSHIP AND RELIGIOUS TEACHING.

&Piano is a music festival established to celebrate and promote live music to people in Kirklees and surrounding areas. We offer performances from professional musicians in relaxed settings, and family events to help inspire the next generation to enjoy listening to live performance, and workshops and masterclasses for young and developing musicians.

Provision of a Walking and Book Festival

Holding or promoting an annual festival and presenting and promoting public performances, concerts and recitals to advance the education in the art and science of music and encourage and support practical music-making, both vocal and instrumental, and performance of other art forms.

The Charity raises funds through Festivals, Exhibitions Concerts and Talks within the Village of High Halstow, by applying to funding bodies for grants and by collecting subscriptions from Members in order to restore and maintain the fabric of St Margaret's Church. The Roof, Windows, Pointing, Stonework, Heating, Wiring, Drainage and Internal Decoration are the priorities

TO ADVANCE THE BUDDHIST RELIGION, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY OXFORDSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE HOLDING OF PRAYER MEETINGS, LECTURES, PUBLIC CELEBRATION OF RELIGIOUS FESTIVALS, PRODUCING AND/OR DISTRIBUTING LITERATURE ON BUDDHISM TO ENLIGHTEN OTHERS ABOUT THE BUDDHIST RELIGION.

An annual arts festival in the town of Leek, Staffordshire.

The study and practice of choral music, and fostering public knowledge and appreciation of such music by means of public performance. To support and participate in the Leith Hill Musical Festival.

Running a local eisteddfod

To foster the love of music in town, village & school by affording small choirs the means of raising their standards of singing and musical appreciation through competition or other form of adjudication and combined public performance. The latter is achieved by holding an annual festival with public performances of major choral works at Winchester Cathedral and Romsey Abbey.

To advance the Buddhist religion in the UK for the benefit of the public through the holding of prayer meetings, lectures, public celebration of religious festivals, producing and/or distributing literature with the tradition of Vajrayana (Tibetan) Buddhism to enlighten others about the Buddhist religion.

The Society's objectives are to educate the public in the art and science of music and to futher the development of public appreciation and taste in music and for such other charitiable purposes as the Committee may from time to time require. It achieves these objectives through the presentation of concerts and participation in music festivals.

Fundraising to fulfil the aims stated in the constitution, the provision of a holiday to deserving and disadvantages families & groups, running a minibus for the transport of the elderly, disabled etc, organising the town's carnival, marshalling local events put on by other charities & groups, holding an annual Young Citizens Awards ceremony

Outreach programmes,bible studies, prayer meetings and Sunday Church services, Christian annual festivals,visiting the bereaved, celebrating birth, baptisms, practical support with finances, food and clothes and shelter, providing spiritual support to people who are battling with addictions, mental breakdowns, physical illness, domestic violence, and racial prejudice and praying for the sick.

We organise an annual festival on The Roseland Peninsula Cornwall during April & the beginning of May. The aim is 1. To provide quality arts events for residents in a remote rural area.2. To encourage tourism and extend the season into the autumn for holiday makers. 3. To provide a platform for local artists and musicians.4. To offer local students arts opportunities.

We provide facilities for religious services: Run a Friendship Club for the elderley: Arrange funerals and ensure that all festivals are available to members and friends in the prescribed orthodox manner.

To provide a festival of music and arts in September/October each year, together with an education project in schools.

The synagogue holds services every Friday night and and marks all festivals and high holidays. Many school visits take place to meet the national curriculum. A Jewish studies and Art/Music group meets regularly and there are various social activities. National Holocaust day is observed along with local council and other faith groups.
