We are the Parent Teacher Association for Crawshaw Academy in Pudsey. Our main objective is to fund raise to provide the extra's that core school funding does not cover. We provide refreshments at school events, hold a stall at the annual local carnival and organise local coffee mornings. We also hold a Christmas fayre and we apply for grants available to charities on behalf of the school.

Currently The Charity is focussing on the biodiversity crisis. Organising a summer Festival in Newcastle upon Tyne annually entitled Art and Biodiversity Celebration. This used the SAGA methodology which is to combine Science Art Games and Action to develop a public and community response to Biodiversity. By action we understand creating an improvement to the biodiversity environment.

The main purpose of the charity is to preserve Bulgarian folk dances, songs, costumes and other allied traditional activities, to make them known and to encourage the practice them in their original forms. To advance the education of the public in Bulgarian folk dances, songs, costumes and traditions by demonstrations, festivals and other suitable methods. It operates in London and UK.

The objects of the charity are to promote the arts for the public benefit in particular the art of poetry and to advance public education and appreciation of the art of poetry in Chichester District, South Downs and surrounding areasby providing an annual poetry festival and/or other poetry events and/or educational outreach programmes and by the publication of publications.

Running a competitive music festival and musical concerts in the Rothwell(Leeds) area

The Charity targets bellydancers across the UK and worldwide , to encourage them to organise fundraising events such as parties and sponsored walks. We have a presence at all dance festivals held in the UK where we sell t-shirts and hold raffles. The charity also receives individual donations from dancers throughout the year

To advance the Christian faith religion in the United Kingdom for the benefit of the public through holding prayer meetings, lectures, workshops, public celebrations of religious festivals, producing and or distributing literature on Christian faith to enlighten others about the walk with our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ.

To organise a Music Festival in order to bring well-known distinguished artists to Bromsgrove for the enjoyment of all ages, and to include performances form local musical groups.

This year the charity has donated sums of money (ranging from approx £25 - £1500) to local individuals, organisations and schools to provide support for specific aims and objects. The funds were collected through various activities including a Christmas Carol float, Food Festival stall, Christmas festival stall and collecting at a local annual Jazz Festival.

Undertakes engagements (concerts, fetes, church processions of witness, civic and civilian marches, Christmas festival activities) to raise monies for the Band expenses and assist other charities with their fundraising.Teaches both adult and young people to play brass instruments as members of the Training Band and encourages entry into the Associated Board music examinations.
