Arts Charities That specialise in Film

The Theatre brings high quality arts events from a variety of sources to enhance the social community experience of those attending and improve education for local residents, schools, colleges and the university. Activities include a selection of arts related programmes in all forms of live music, singing, drama, comedy, films and other performances provided by local and touring performers.

The memorial hall is used by the following - Classes for Yoga; Fitness and Wellbeing; Boxing/kickboxing. Tennis coaching; Football Club; Cyclecross; Celebration/birthday parties;Weddings; Warm spaces; Residents meetings; Baby and Toddler Group; Community Council Meetings; Voting; Film company; County Council Housing Association; Bouncy Castle Company; Xmas/Tabletop Fairs; Fund raising concerts.

Monthly lecture of one hour duration with questions afterwards on fine and decorative art, theatre and film, architecture, art and culture of ancient civilisations.'Days of Discovery' consisting of 3 one hour lectures on a linked theme, with questions after each. FISHES (Freegrounds Infant School Helpers and Extra Support) is a parents, teachers and friends of the school, who organise fundraising events for the school. These events include disco's, film nights, Summer BBQ's and Christmas fayres. The money raised provides the children with many exciting resources such as the adventure trail, interactive whiteboards, ipads and new playground markings.

Community Hall available for hire for education activites, Parties, entertainment functions, showing of films & plays and anything else that is decent and legal.

The Empire Hall is a village hall for annual events (eg flower show/harvest supper/church Christmas fair/ Easter Market), village organisations (eg parish council, badminton, Lunch and Thursday Clubs) and weekly well being activities. Its stage hosts plays/films/concerts. It is bookable for parties, dances, meetings, classes and elections. It is an essential part of the fabric of the village.

The charity benefits the public by increasing awareness about global health to inspire change and thereby improve the standards of global health worldwide. It organises an annual Global Health Film Festival, documentary screenings related to global health and runs workshops relating to global health and film making.

Raising funds to enhance the children's education at Grovelands CP School in Hailsham, East Sussex. Funds are raised through a variety of events during the year including a Christmas & Summer Fairs, School Discos, Raffles, Cinema Events, Race Nights.

The provision of education particularly, but without limitation, through workshops and trainingprogrammes in digital creative platforms including animation, film and visual arts2. The promotion of culture and arts, particularly, but without limitation, to promoting digital arts throughexhibitions and events.

Our charity raises funds to enable us to help cancer sufferers (aged 15-40) and their loved ones make invaluable memories. We have one holiday home in Suffolk, which is suitable for people with physical limitations. We can also provide other experiences, e.g. theatre trips, spa days, cinema, restaurant etc. We have contacted other charities for them to refer clients that fulfil our criteria.

Weekly club based activities to improve social skills, promote relationships with each other and team building. In addition there are regular trips to the cinema, theatre, bowling, swimming, short holidays and raising funds for the club.

To provide a community hall.The centre is undergoing restoration and when re-opened later in 2014 we will be organising functions and events to bring people into the town and the centre, such as Cinema, Theatre, Folk Clubs, live music events, artistic exhibitions and community information services, training and educational events.

The Invictus Trust raises awareness of teenage mental health and has delivered a website and films featuring young people with mental health issues. We are also campaigning for an Adolescent Mental Health Unit in Cornwall.

The Charity maintains and runs the hall which is used by local people for activities such as WI, Children's film club, Local History Group, Bridge, Painting, Yoga and Pilates. Plays and pantomimes are performed as well as other entertainments and interests. It is also hired for wedding and funeral receptions and other events. The Post office uses the hall annexe twice a week to serve local people.

Provision of 8 talks on a variety of topics per year, outings to places of interest such as National Trust properties, Gardens, seaside resorts and ports, guided London walks such as the Suffragette and Hugenot tours, the Supreme Court, Houses of Parliament, social events such as lunches, quizzes, theatre and cinema trips, an annual holiday, and access to 50 groups offering different subjects.

We engage in multiple fundraising activities which enable us to provide facilities or equipment which supports the pupils of Little Leigh Primary School, Cheshire and advances their education. Examples of our fundraisers are Christmas and Summer Fairs; school disco's; bake sales; buy and sell platform of pre-loved items such a clothes and uniform; film nights; raffles; bingo nights.

Fundraising activities for parents and children of St Helen's School including children's cinema afternoons & discos, parents' ball, quiz night, summer fair and Easter craft fair

A Parent, Teacher & Friends Association with a committee of Parents planning and executing fundraising events including Christmas and Summer Fairs, Bonfire Night Event, Cake Sales, Cinema Nights, Quiz Nights etc. The Association may also seek funds from corporate companies and Local Businesses. All proceeds are raised to support the children of Nutfield Church Primary School only.

The Friends of Westfield (The Friends) is a parent based organisation whose sole function is to support Bourne Westfield Primary Academy.We organise social and fundraising events that are inclusive of the whole community these include a Christmas Fair, Summer Fete, Used Uniform Sales, School Calendars, Film nights, Discos and parties for the children.
