The aims of the Society are to advance the education of the general public in the heritage, architecture and development of Brentham Garden Suburb, in particular by the collection and preservation of photographs, documents, films and other artefacts that relate to the history, architecture or development of Brentham.

We do various School themed discos and film nights throughout the school term.We have fundraising events such as an Easter Hamper raffle and a Christmas Hamper raffle.We fund raise to enable the children to attend several school trips each year.Cake sales, several sporting events and the summer sports day also take place to raise money.

Woking's New Cinema Club shows a season of films from across the world and years. We aim to enable the audience the opportunity to see films that may have had a restricted distribution. This is balanced with some older films and some mainstream offerings.

Sephardi Voices UK records oral history interviews with Jews from North Africa, Middle East and Iran who now live in the UK. Interviews are deposited for public access at the British Library. SVUK has trained interviewers, supported other oral history projects, and produces short testimony films that are used in educational contexts.

Fostering a sense of community amongst the pupils, teachers, families and wider population at this state maintained primary school in St John's Wood London. The charity raises money to support Ardeley St Lawrence School, Hertfordshire. Regular activities include personalised cards and gifts, a christmas craft fair, raffles, family fun days, bbq events, sport day, quiz nights, film club and evening events, and coordinating purchases from companies that give cash back to the school etc.

The Friends of Leintwardine Primary School organize events to raise money for the benefit of Leintwardine Primary school children and directly the surrounding community. Restormel Arts is a non building based arts charity and a company limited by guarantee. It generally covers mid Cornwall. The charity aims to promote and develop the arts for the benefit of all. It delivers community projects and music, theatre, film promotions in a variety of venues.

The charity provides activities for the benefit of the local community in the village hall at West Stockwith such as Bingo, charity auctions, coffee mornings,District Council polling, District Council surgeries, film parties, pantomimes, Parish Council, private parties, themed food evenings and quizzes.

In 2018/19, Artsfest, the society's major annual event mounted exhibitions, concerts, films, workshops and master classes. These included a very successful Summer Exhibition and Christmas Art Market in Tregwynt mansion and shows by members . Again the Big Draw was held as well as a flourishing programme of Life Drawing classes.
