We provide story writing workshops for children in disadvantaged areas to develop their literacy skills. The workshops are supported by simple sensory equipment to help build their vocabularies and develop their imaginations.

Friends of St Laurence Church, Chorley, aim to bind Church and Community together. 2020 was a challenging year however we maintained communications with the Community by issuing newsletters and emails to Friends; arranging a series of Concerts (curtailed); producing a book, 'Chorley, St Laurence', The story of a Parish Church; and maintaining a Website and Social Media platforms.

Its successes are legendary inc. championship prizes, hundreds of concerts performances at home and abroad; been the focus of countless journal, press articles & amassing over 250 media broadcasts, numerous cds and recordings.The band promotes the art of music making provides learning and performing opportunities to all sectors and age groups.

Cikoko provides funding for the advancement of education by supporting remote, rural community schools in Zambia. Funds will be applied to:- Teachers salaries- Teacher training- School equipment and materials- Set work books and stationery- Library development- School infrastructure development and improvements- Scholarship Awards to support the further education of pupils

Expert Impact facilitates a 'Human Lending Library' through which entrepreneurs can 'borrow' successful entrepreneurs to help them solve their challenges and grow. Founders of ventures in our target sectors apply for hour-long sessions with our Experts. We screen applicants matching them with the appropriate Expert best suited to advise them. Some social organisations receive deeper support.

The charity exists to link writing groups and individual writers all around the country. It aims to help and advise writers and improve the quality of creative writing in all its forms. NAWG produces a bi-monthly magazine to give advice about writing. It runs a website and also hosts an annual writing festival.

We are a Charity run with volunteers in order to raise funds to benefit Heptonstall Junior & Infant School and their children. We run annual school fairs, school discos and a number of other events and seek to secure grants and other funds so that we can provide things like new library books, playground equipment and other required/requested items.

Heritage Activities take place in Westbury, Wiltshire. They include 4 meetings with speakers a year, a joint speaker event with the Westbury Festival each year and organised walks or visits to a heritage site within Westbury.We moved to the local library on 28th August 2020 and we have a new website which organises our artefacts and resources in a more digital way.

Provision of Llandovery Theatre and its facilities for all. Llandovery Theatre Company write and direct the plays, pantomimes, literacy and drama workshops for and with the community, youth actors and young people with learning disabilities. We aim to support talent, develop skills, build self confidence and to foster a life long interest in attending theatre performances and acting on stage.

MAINTAIN A WEBSITE & A LIBRARY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION & BOOKS ON ASTRONOMY

Friends of Trinity St Marys is the school PTA.We raise funds purely for the children and school. We purchase items requested by the school and also find the little extras for the children such as Christmas Gifts from Santa, School Book Bags for Reception Children and gifts for the Year 6 Leavers.
