Advances the education of the public regarding the importance of the Battle of Worcester in 1651 through a program of activities, events and conferences including lectures at schools, universities and to the general public. The Charity also installs historical plaques and monuments and publishes books, pamphlets and digital information.

Help Rural Nepal raises funds in the UK to support health and education projects. Our main focus has been in the remote area of Dhading district, west of Kathmandu. We have assisted several schools by providing books, computers, solar panels, volunteer and permanent teaching staff. Our health programme supports individual cases, health camps, and providing medical equipment.

FMC takes an active part in maintaining and promoting interest in S.Sepulchre's Church. They look after the Musicians' Book of Remembrance and inscribe the names of professional musicians in it. Each year a Commemoration Service is held in S.Sepulchre's Church for the lives and work of the musicians whose names are in the Book of Remembrance.

The Wharncliffe Foundation Trust has been established to support education provision for the community of Olokodeje in Nigeria. Funds raised by the trust will primarily be used to support the Elementary School in that village. The school is for all children in the community regardless of religion or background. The trust also plans to develop education programmes in literacy, etc. for adults.

We are a group of parents, carers and friends of Kaye's First and Nursery School, who run the school's PTA. We aim to hold 4 annual events (2 discos and 2 seasonal fairs), within school grounds. Additionally, we organise occasional fundraising competitions, book fairs, Christmas card sales and movie nights. We have a donatemyschool.com account to collect monthly and one-off donations.

The charity provides literacy education and training in sewing skills to young women and girls in Pakistan.

The Society has about 200 members from the UK, Eire, and overseas. It publishes an annual scholarly journal, Nomina, and an occasional newsletter for members. It organises regular conferences, open to non-members. During 2010 it held a 3-day conference Carmarthern which was sponsored by Bwrdd Yr Laith, the Welsh Language Board.

The Trust encourages appreciation, and furthers the conservation, of the city and its environs. The charity supplies items such as candles and books to NHS maternity trusts across the UK for them to distribute to grieving families that have lost babies from 6 weeks gestation to 28 days old, to help relieve their emotional and mental suffering and distress.

The aims of the Charity are to encourage, improve and extend the cultivation of clematis and to disseminate knowledge of clematis and clematis culture by means of publications, promotions, exhibitions, scientific research, national co-operation and exchange, meetings, conferences, horticultural shows and other appropriate activities.

We provide concerts which are open to society members and the public. Students are admitted free of charge.We also organise 'workshops' at local schools for the advancement of 'musical literacy' in the young

The objects and aims of the Charity, are to make available information and literature on the disease and details of locally available resources. A prime aim is to raise the awareness of Prostate Cancer, and associated issues, both locally and nationally, and to give priority to self-support for cancer patients by promoting regular talks, social activities, and providing time for these.

As a local civic society we organise educational activities to encourage awareness of local heritage. We hold seminars to share best practice with similar towns and we make recommendations to the local councils on the physical and economic development of the town. We publish educational books on the local environment and we support local schools in their citizenship curriculum.

Community Hub incorporating initially a Community Library for the Village and Parish of Gnosall Staffordshire, It's wider aim to include other activities currently being performed by other local bodies and to afford the benefits of CIO Status.
