TALKS ON A WIDE RANGE OF SUBJECTS AT OUR WEEKLY MEETING.HOLD COURSES IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR MEMBERS. I.E HEALTHY EATING, AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE,CRAFTS, CREATIVE WRITING.IN 2010 WE PRODUCED A BOOK ABOUT THE GROUP TO COMMEMORATE OUR 10TH ANNIVERSAY.

The aim of Keep Kids in School is just that: to help kids that have lost one or both parents to keep going to school in the face of severe poverty. We fundraise and support the work of a local NGO, APEED-Benin, in West Africa. We keep kids in school by paying towards their school fees, buying school books, stationery and cloth to make school uniforms, maintaining a project library and mentoring.

We raise funds for one school, Summer Fayres, Christmas Fayres, Book Fayres, Fashion Shows and general fundraising

The Old Mansfield Woodhouse Society was formed in October 1970 to promote the heritage and local history of Mansfield Woodhouse, We receive, conserve, index and display archive of ephemera, artefacts and photographs. In November 2013 we opened our Heritage Link at Mansfield Woodhouse Library and our web site is in the development stage.
