Displays local activities and caring organisations. Premises hired out to local groups.

To advance the education of the pupils of Whiteheath Infants school by providing or assisting in the provision of educational, recreational & other charitable facilities in augmentation of such facilities financed by the Local Education Authority. Eg Football club, Family Learning, Travelling book fair.

The Trust operates within the Essex Police area and ensures that Officers and civilian employees who are killed in the line of duty are remembered. To that end, a roll of honour, a book of remembrance and a memorial stone have been placed at Police Headquarters Chelmsford in their memory. Other memorials situated within and outside the Essex Police area are also maintained.
