Awards have been made to students to attend the Annual Commemoration Meeting held in March in either Manchester or London and the Whitworth Society Summer Meeting held in July at a venue relevant to the incumbent President. The charity is responsible for the maintenance, protection and display of the Chesham Town Picture, under the terms of the Francis Trust document dated 1982. Following display in the town library and a restoration in 2012/13, the picture was moved to Chesham Museum in 2013. With the closure of the museum in 2017 the picture now resides in the meeting room of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Chesham.

The advancement of education in the Italian Language and Literature and the advancement of Italian art and culture through cross-cultural experiences and opportunities which are enlightening and of value to the public.

The principal activity is to advance the religion of Islam in accordance with the Qur'an and the sunnah for the benefit of the public through the holding of prayer meetings, lectures, public celebration of religious festivals, producing and/or distributing literature on the Islamic Faith to enlighten others about the religion and such other ways as the trustees see fit from time to time.

FOLIO Sutton Coldfield stands for Friends Of Libraries In Our Sutton Coldfield. We facilitate educational and community-engaging events and programmes supporting Sutton Coldfield library services to ensure that public libraries in the town do not just survive, but thrive at the heart of our community. The Charity ran a poetry competition for the 15th year running, in-conjunction with Wirral Libraries & Wirral Poetry Festival. Wirral residents aged under 18 were invited to submit a poem on the subject of " HOPE". Over 380 outstanding entries were received. The winners & their families attended an awards evening hosted by local poets Levi Tafari & John Hughes at Birkenhead Library in July 2024 .
