WE PROVIDE FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES FOR RESIDENTS IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AND SURROUNDING AREAS. THESE INCLUDE, FITNESS CLASSES, CHILDRENS ACTIVITIES, ART CLASS, LUNCH CLUB, LIBRARY LINK AND MUCH MORE. THE CENTRE OPERATES AS A WARM HUB AND WE ALSO RUN A FOODBANK 2 DAYS PER WEEK .WE HOLD FUNDRAISING EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. AND HOLD ANNUAL ACTIVITIES SUCH AS PLAYSCHEMES AND CHRISTMAS PANTO.

The fund supports activities to supplement the curriculum, i.e. transport to swimming, school trips, workshops in school, water bottles & some uniform, after school clubs, payment by installment for some residential school trips and the refurbishment of our swimming pool, payments are made to charitable causes supported by the school & membership fees for sports/literacy providers.

Our study area offers, to those with a specific interest in genealogy, access to information not available elsewhere. As well as family history, it is equally of value to those with an interest in general history of the local area. Resources include photographs, maps and a library of local publications (many out of print) including books and local papers. Also see our second hand bookshop.

The trust continues to support a wide range of charitable causes. Our priorities include responding promptly to some disasters providing money, water purification and shelter/survival kits as appropriate, balanced with consideration of literacy, health, poverty and other humanitarian projects - particularly those promoting self-help - locally, nationally and internationally.

We support our Healthcare Professional members in their work, particularly with medico-ethical problems. We respond to national consultations on healthcare matters and publish a quarterly journal. We sponsor educational and social meetings at a national and local level.

To advance the Sunni Islamic Faith in Lambeth for the benefit of the public mainly but not exclusively by the public education of Sunni Islamic teachings and culture through the holding of prayer meetings, lectures, public celebration of Sunni Islamic festivals and producing and distributing literature on Sunni Islam to enlighten others about Sunni Islamic religion.
