CTT came into existence on the closure of the Chichester Theological College. It purchases books and periodicals for the theological library it owns now housed at the University of Chichester. It supports activities that can make a meaningful contribution to the life of the Church of England and which fall within its objects. It provides a small number of grants to individuals.

The object of the Company is to advance the education for the public benefit about Scarborough's maritime history through the development of the Scarborough Maritime Heritage Centre for the education and display of artefacts and archives. Activities include archive work, library collections, education talks and demonstrations, collation of artefacts and related material, for the public benefit.

Our village hall is warm and comfortable with a popular social club, opening at weekends and bank holidays raising vital funds. The hall hosts a weekly coffee morning, plus classes such as woodcrafters, pilates and Zumba. A bi-weekly baby and toddlers group. A book exchange venture is also proving popular plus a local Chiropody clinic.

We aim to protect the "right to a childhood" through three strands of work:The right to read - by supporting literacy and life skills relevant to a child's reality. The Trust prints and distributes a magazine, "The Overcomer", three times a year. In March July and November. The magazine is a Christian publication and is sent to readers in many parts of the world. We do not distribute funds or do any other charitable acts.

The Charity, based in Ealing, runs weekly classes in yoga, breath, relaxation, meditation and philosophy. It holds occasional retreats, distributing books, yoga materials and other publications. The Centre respects all faiths and religions. It aims at a practical blend of the philosophy and psychology of both the traditional East and the modern West.

We are open one morning a week during termtime looking at themes relating to the Christian faith with Bible-based teaching. Last year the teaching focused on End Times and the Book of Isaiah. We are a charity that provides baby loss books, resources and memory hearts to Hospitals around the country for those who lose their baby at any stage in pregnancy to support their mental health and overall wellbeing.

The Trust runs the Court House building in Stradbroke and supports the Library. During 2013/2014 we refurbished the main Court House room which now operates as a community cafe and public space. We refurbished the upstairs meeting room in 2018 also providing space to hold the Stradbroke Village Archive.
