CONCERTS ARE GIVEN BY INDIVIDUAL CHOIRS WITHIN THE NORTH WALES FEDERATION IN SUPPORT OF LOCAL CHARITIES WITH THE BENEFIT OF PROMOTING MALE VOICE SINGING FOR ALL AGES WITHIN LOCAL COMMUNITIES. CONCERTS HAVE BEEN HELD RECENTLY AT BOTH BANGOR AND WREXHAM WHEN SMALLER CHOIRS COMBINED TO GIVE CONCERTS TO LARGER AUDIENCES IN SUPPORT OF LOCAL CHARITIES.

Young people are given the opportunity to perform with us in upmarket venues, to give them confidence and give them a taste of what it is like to perform before an audience. Bowerchalke Village Hall provides an attractive and well-equipped venue for a wide variety of local community activities and events. These are open to all and include social functions, arts and crafts lessons, and musical and theatrical entertainment, as well as charitable fundraising and meetings of local community organisations. Bakewell Choral Society was formed to enable local people to come together to sing for pleasure. The choir is open to all who wish to sing. The Society puts on 4 concerts a year featuring a variety of music. To enable people to attend our concerts we provide a free-to-user transport facility and this is provided by the Society using a local community bus service.

Organising and running the Weston-super-Mare Sea Shanty and Folk Music Festival, then distributing the proceeds after costs to nominated local charities. Groby Sings is a large community choir in Groby, near Leicester, for adults and children of any ability or experience. We especially welcome anyone who is socially isolated. We sing songs from musicals and other popular songs in weekly rehearsals leading up to concerts at the local college. Cake and conversation help us to relax and have fun. The Essex Chamber Orchestra, popularly known as ECHO, comes together three times a yearfor intensive weekend rehearsals followed by a concert, usually at venues in Essex. Althoughoriginally conceived as a chamber orchestra, ECHO varies its forces to perform a wide varietyof programmes ranging from Baroque and Classical works to the repertoire of the 20thCentury.

To advance education for the public benefit in the art of music by the provision of grants and donations to schools, colleges and community groups and individuals to enable wider access to music tuition and to assist the purchase/loan of musical instruments and equipment.

A music, speech and drama festival with competence classes for piano, musical instruments, recorder, singers, school choirs, adult choirs etc caters for all ages.

The objects of The Choir shall be:- To advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the art and science of music in all its aspects by any means that the trustees feel fit, including through the presentation of public concerts and recitals;- To further such charitable purpose or purposes as the trustees see fit.

Hall is used regularly by Headway charity, local groups (inc Gardening, Badminton, Short Mat Bowls, Japanese Embroidery, National Trust, Music Practice, Thai Chi,) Wookey Parish Council and monthly Church breakfast.Single bookings include parties, wedding & christening receptions and funeral wakes, charity functions and the annual village fete. Outside there is a children's play area

The main activities of the society are to organise and perform choral concerts and partake in the Leith Hill Musical Festival.

Sing For Joy is an organisation of community choirs for people with Parkinson's Disease and other neurological conditions and their friends and carers. It encourages self-expression through group singing and performs concerts, benefits and workshops. We have two choirs, one which meets at the Kentish Town Health Centre London and one at the National Hospital Queen's Square London.

The main aim of the choir is to give concerts to raise funds for a range of organisations in the area. Two of the concerts are major events one of which enables us to support a very worthwhile organisation with a donation. The recipient body changes from year to year. The choir also provides an annual bursary to a Keele University music student.

We are an amateur orchestra with around 40 members. We perform around 4 concerts per year in the Solihull area, including outreach projects and an annual concert where talented young performers get a chance to perform a concerto with an orchestra.

Rehearsing and giving choral concerts.

Sutton Symphony Orchestra (SSO) is an amateur orchestra which aims to provide the opportunity for players of a reasonable standard to experience rehearsing and performing works from the orchestral repertoire. SSO believes making music should be fun but challenging. The Orchestra performs three major public concerts per year within the London Borough of Sutton.

The Choir supports local charities and organisations by performing at concerts mainly in the south of Hampshire but occasionally elsewhere in the UK and abroad.
