The Stondon Singers present usually four public choral concerts per annum. These may be unaccompanied, with organ or small instrumental ensemble. Our members are drawn from a wide area of Essex and Suffolk and rehearse weekly with a professional conductor. From time to time we undertake other performances and activities such as cathedral visits, concerts in aid of other charities and workshops.

To make grants to full and part time musicians and staff who are employees of the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra (BSO) and other individuals who have made a significant long term contribution to the BSO. We are a brass band who is a charity who raises funds by playing in local fetes,concerts carnivals and marches within the local community. As an establishment we also teach people of all ages who are interested in learning to play brass instruments.

The Trust aims to provide grants to help aspiring professional organists. Preference will be given to students seeking assistance towards special projects, rather than continuing academic tuition. The Flentrop scholarship awarded annually allows a student to spend two weeks in Holland with Flentrop, organ builders. The ETT Annual Award funds a candidate in a project related to the organ.
