The Association (ie Cheshire Sinfonia) finances and promotes an annual season of public concerts atsignificantly lower ticket prices than professional rates in order to encourage non-traditional audiences. Itprovides a range of concessionary tickets for retired people, students and children. The Associationsupports up-and-coming young musicians by providing an opportunity for paid solo work

The principal objects of the Charity are to promote education in the Arts anywhere in the world for the public benefit, including without limitation by promoting education in the music for and playing of the Viola

Activities include art, craft, music, cooking, first aid, sports, outdoor pursuits & camps, all ran in conjunction with a progressive badge system, which is available to boys and girls aged 6-14 years, with the object of instructing them in the principles of discipline, loyalty and good citizenship. Meetings: Mon 7.00pm Band, Weds 5.45pm Beavers, 7pm Cubs, Thurs 7.30pm Guides, Fri 7pm Scouts.

2019 is the 50th Anniversary year of Harrogate Male Voice Choir.We give some 10-12 concerts during the year to raise funds for national and local charities such as the Royal British Legion, the Marie Curie Charity and the Clock Charity at Thirsk. This has also included combining with choirs from all parts of the UK performing at the Royal Albert Hall to raise funds for Cancer Research UK.

To study and perform oratorio and other choral works and so educate interested sections of the public in the art and science of music by the presentation of concerts and other activities. This also includes enabling school children to aprticpate in concerts in front of a live audience and with a professional orchestra.

A wind orchestra offering musical education and appreciation to people in and around Surbiton. Membership is open to players of wind orchestral instruments to a minimum standard of grade 8. Forty rehearsals per year, through which members learn a range of music and can practice and hone their skills with players of a similar standard. Four concerts per year, sometimes raising funds for charities.

We are a non audition amateur orchestra. We meet regularly during school term time of a Thursday evening for rehearsal from 7:30pm to 10pm at West Kirby United Reformed Church Hall, CH48 5DA. We perform two regular concerts a year - Christmas and summer with occasional charity concerts to help raise funds for other charities. We encourage friendship and support for each other through our music.

For the public benefit in the Leamington Spa and Warwick area, to promote the education of dance, music and other arts (including social and physical training) of people under the age of 25 years in England in such ways as the charity trustees think fit by awarding to such persons scholarships or grants tenable at any relevant educational establishment.

Local events of a social nature. Hire of the reading room for specific interests ie music, wood-working, photography.

The Christine Brown Trust for Young Musicians is for the advancement of education in music for musically talented children under the age of nineteen years particularly but not exclusively resident within the county of Yorkshire.

To support and further the musical activities of Brighton & Hove City Brass, a band giving concerts & entering brass band contests.

Running an amateur concert band, presenting public concerts, participating in community events,providing playing opportunities for members and non-members, developing the skills of musicians, and byimproving public appreciation through presentation of public concerts, many of which are free.

We are a Brass Band currently in the fourth Section and we hail from Wem in North Shropshire. We have approximately 30 members in the Senior Band with an age range from 9 years of age to 80 years of age. Our aim is to bring the world of Brass Band playing by perfroming and particiaption to as wide an audience as possible within the County of Shropshire and beyond.

Upkeep of Village Hall. Hall used for many village events including harvest supper, Whist Drive, exercise classes, children's activities and music and art exhibitions.

Lewes Festival of Song is an annual three day celebration of classical song featuring performers with an international reputation, as well as younger generation musicians and those on the brink of their careers. Concerts are also sometimes arranged for the spring and / or autumn. The Festival takes place in St. Anne's Church, Lewes, for which we are fund-raising to provide a new piano.

To educate people of all ages in classical music and other genres and in other performing arts, with a biennial festival of up to nine performances together with master classes and instruction at local schools.

The Sitwell Singers is a mixed-voice Chamber Choir which rehearses regularly during term-time, covering a wide range of pieces from renaissance to the present day. We perform at least 5 public concerts p.a, often with professional instrumentalists and soloists and also arrange an annual "Come and Sing" event in which members of the public participate in the study and performance of a choral work

The Basingstoke Music and Arts Festival seeks to advance the education of the public in the arts namely music, speech, drama, creative writing in all their branches. It will hold an annual competitive festival where amateur performers will gain encouragement and constructive comment from professional adjudicators in a friendly supportive environment.

Hambrook Village Hall serves as a valuable community facility, open to residents of Hambrook, Bristol and the surrounding areas. The hall is available for a variety of uses, including indoor sports and fitness training, music band rehearsals, charity and society meetings, dance classes, church congregations, children's parties, and family gatherings.
