Rode Hall Silver Band exists for the purpose of the promotion of, education in and appreciation of brass band music amongst persons of all ages. Through provision of rehearsal, development time and public performance, the skills and training of members is developed whilst engaging with the wider community.

Presentation of concerts and other musical activities.

Weekly rehearsals in Shipston on Stour for members drawn from a wide area around the town. Two annual concerts. Short visits to retirement homes in Shipston on Stour at Christmas

Cornwall Concert Orchestra promotes the education and playing of classical music - providing opportunities for the public and non-professional musicians to participate in a range of musical activities.

Activities on offer include Sailing, Kayaking, Windsurfing, Sub Boarding, Canoeing, Pulling (rowing), Field Craft, Drill, Shooting, Cookery and Music.

Provides the only meeting place in Cransley for the local community. Available for hire to various organisations including keep fit, yoga, bowls, upholstery classes. Holds events regularly which provide entertainment for the village as well as fundraising - barn dances, concerts, annual horticultural show, annual fete, annual Christmas craft fair.

We assist young people in Plymouth who have been recognised by a supporting organisation as having an aspiration to do higher and greater things, recognising their wider aspiration to include sporting, musical, artistic, vocational or academic.We want to help young people create amazing futures, by providing funding and support programmes that can help them develop their potential.

Stage productions of mainly Gilbert & Sulivan Comic Opers.Concert Performances of a wide range of Musical and Popular songs.Arrangement of 'Come & Sing' workshops leading to the opportunity to perform on stage with the Choir.

Encouragement of Choral Singing within the community. Weekly rehearsals throughout the year (except school holidays). Normally performing three concerts a year, using local soloist, where possible and as appropriate.

To further the work of the Church in Hertfordshire by the ringing of bells and to promote all aspects of bells and bellringing. To encourage the recruitment and training of bellringers and to advance the art of change ringing.

To advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the art and science of music including through the presentation of public concerts and recitals.

To assist Ministers of the Gospel as they seek to spread the Christian message, train new converts, develop new leaders and establish new churches and to meet the needs of the poor, the disadvantaged and marginalized at home and abroad through preaching, teaching, music and humanitarian projects.

We play music of the 17th and 18th century using original instruments and historically informed performance practices. We often play unperformed music or unusual repertoire. We give concerts for public entertainment and education. We normally give one concert a year for charitable fundraising. We give platform for students and those who wish to learn the techniques.

Cantus Firmus Trust provides support and training in the use of creative arts (music, dance, drama) for use in Christian worship and ministry, and presents themed events containing some or all of these elements. The expanding Cantus Firmus choir supports events and activities in North Essex and Suffolk.

Plymouth City Brass, based in Plymouth, Devon provide members with the opportunity to receive education and training at the members desired level through the regular rehearsals, concerts and competitions they participate in, this also aids the promotion of the musical art of brass band music within the general public.Membership of the bands is open to any member of the general public

The hall is busy each weekday and most evenings with many and varied activities which are well publicised on noticeboards within the village.These include games afternoon inc indoor bowls,bingo,art classes including one for portraiture,Quilting,patchwork,beading and embroidery,coffee mornings. and scouts.Weekends are usually let for private functions and/or concerts
