To asisst in our deprived area, to help women by encouraging them out one evening a week. We offer a varied range of activities. Speakers, demonstrations such as flower arranging, cookery tips, we occassionally have local outings, at a low cost. Arrange musical entertainment and even hold "keep fit" instruction.

The objects of the Association are to advance the education of students in Croydon by supporting the work of Croydon Music and Arts (formerly the Croydon Music Service) in running youth orchestras, music groups and other activities to support youth music in Croydon.

The South East Music Trust encourages the development of music by arranging for professional orchestras to be available to promoters of entertainment and to musical and choral societies. It also provides grants where possible to encourage a high level of participation and performance.

Annual music and drama festival held in Brigg, Lincs, for competitors of all ages. Many of our competitors are school children who benefit and gain confidence from performing in front of an audience. Apart from the war and Covid years, the Festival has been encouraging children and adults to share their talents since 1900. 2023 will hopefully see the 100th Festival.

Established in 2004, MOP Foundation promotes Iranian art and culture to a wider audience outside of Iran, and strives to make a notable contribution to its long-term advancement worldwide. This is accomplished by establishing programmes in modern and contemporary Iranian art, music, media and academia in partnership with world-class institutions.

We are a local community festival bringing diverse, high quality programmed events to Steyning and the surrounding area. The Trust's primary purpose is to support the Sir George Thalben-Ball Memorial Organ Scholarship at St Michael's Cornhill in the City of London. Other grants are given to young organists/church musicians (not singers) from any country, who are studying in the UK.

Concerts, Seminars and training

Culcheth Village Choir acts to promote and encourage choral singing for the membership of the community choir. We aim to contribute to the musical and artistic life of Culcheth Village and the surrounding communities. We perform public performances for local charitable organisations and other collaborative work as agreed upon by the Trustees. We are a non-profit making charitable choir.

Founded in 1945, we promote music making in the county of Westmorland & Furness. We run a bi-annual musical festival in Kendal.
