Established in 1997, ILAMS is the first and only organisation dedicated to the study, performance and promotion of Iberian and Latin American classical music in the UK.

Undertake activities to enable women interested in issues associated with rural life, to improve their education in citizenship, public questions, music, culture, handicrafts, home economics, health and social welfare and to improve rural life.

Southfield WI is outward looking, it has monthly meetings with speakers, reading group, visits to theatre, and historical places. It supports G.F.W.I. events, including music, drama, crafts, and environmental issues. Southfield gives a bursary for educational courses, welcomes visitors, and gives social companionship for its members. Many members volunteer for local causes.

Undertakes engagements (concerts, fetes, church processions of witness, civic and civilian marches, Christmas festival activities) to raise monies for the Band expenses and assist other charities with their fundraising.Teaches both adult and young people to play brass instruments as members of the Training Band and encourages entry into the Associated Board music examinations.

Our main activity is the development and launch of a new scholarly journal (Journal of Sound and Music in Games) in partnership with the University of California Press; the first issue will be published in 2020. Other activities focus on engaging the community and facilitating collaboration via our website, which provides networking, event information and bibliographic information for members.

Encouraging young musicians from the Colchester and surrounding area in Essex to meet on a regular basis to rehearse as a Youth Orchestra and give concerts, some for parents and friends and some public concerts, for the benefit first and foremost of these young people and for the general pleasure of those attending.

The Callington Memory Cafe exists to provide a welcoming venue for people living with dementia and their carers.We achieve this by meeting every two weeks for 2-3 hours in a suitable location presently the Callington Methodist Church Hall. We provide light refreshments. At every meeting we arrange an activity, from flower arranging to musical entertainers.

VoxThrive uses the power of music to maintain young people's health and wellbeing throughout the Thames Valley. We put on workshops in partnership with other local youth organisations focussing on giving young people the tools to use creativity to help deal with life's challenges. These workshops could involve songwriting, confidence building, team work etc.

SUPPORT FOR UNIVERSITY MUSIC STUDENTS THOUGH THE AWARD OF PERFORMANCE PRIZES AND BURSARIES FOR DESERVING GRADUATES GOING FORWARD TO PROFESSIONAL TRAINING FOR EMPLOYMENT AS MUSICIANS AND TEACHERS.

Present a series of concerts annually

The Pure Land Foundation supports charitable endeavours to promote social inclusion, spiritual and emotional well being. It also aims to enrich lives and build communities through culture, particularly the creative arts and music.

The Society organises an annual Music Festival of mostly competitive classes held in 3 or 4 venues in the seaside town of Hornsea over a period of either 3 or 4 days. It is held during the first week of July. Fund raising social events such as Coffee Mornings and Garden Parties may be held at other times throughout the year.

To promote public education and appreciation of the organ and organ music of all periods.To promote regular organ recitals and educational masterclasses open to all members of the public.To promote regular visits to see, hear and play various organs in the surrounding area.To provide opportunities for young organists starting their career to give recitals.

St Catharine's Church in Houghton on the Hill periodically requires major repair and refurbishment works to be done, and the Friends of St Catharines raise monies to fund up to 50% of the cost of these works. We organise fashion shows, bridge drives, summer BBQs, a winter craft fair and a carol concert to help raise these funds annually.

We organise a Festival of Music, Speech and Drama for amateur performers of all ages, providing them with an opportunity to perform and receive a professional adjudication and, if appropriate, a trophy to keep for a year.

The charity provides grants towards the purchase of musical instruments or the payment for lessons or other educational or training facilities for musicians under the age of 26 years who are living or studying in the London Borough of Croydon, or who have previously attended secondary education in Croydon.

Friends of St Mary's Constitution: 'To contribute to the maintenance, repair, preservation, of the church's fabric, its monuments, fixtures, chattels, as well as the churchyard, to the benefit of Rye's residents and visitors - a place at the heart of the town for communal activities, including religious worship, civic events, concerts and other major events'

Organise music events in order to support and stimulate music activity within Sefton and Merseyside for amateur choirs, school choirs and dementia friendly choirs. Fund, in partnership with Sefton Music Service, choral workshops in primary schools leading to celebratory concerts annually under the 'Sing for Sefton' identity.
