work in amateur theatre THE CONSORTIUM IS A GROUP OF 4 MAJOR COMPANIES WHO PERFORM IN COVENTRY. THE CONSORTIUM ASKS AS A LINK BETWEEN THE GROUPS AND ACTS AS A LIASON TO REPRESENT THOSE GROUPS IN ANY PUBLIC FORUM OR DISCUSSION.

The Lost Musicals Charitable Trust researches and reconstructs the lesser known and rarely if ever performed theatre work of the major theatre writers of twentieth century musical theatre. Performances are often limited to only five and the actors taking part receive no fees.

WMC aims to create a special place which will provide a focal point for the unique culture, identity and talents of Wales though the creation of a world class showcase for musicals, opera, dance, exhibitions, entertainment and education in a millennium landmark, with long lasting benefits for the whole community.

Production of musicals, plays and concerts in and around the Chard area

We performs musicals & plays and also are frequently asked to perform at fund-raisers for local charities and churches. We actively recruit new members from the local area and always encourage people to try new ideas and develop new skills. We have regular attendance from nursing homes and old people groups along with young peoples social groups.

Members (aged 8 - 18) attend regular rehearsals to prepare for performances up to 3 times per week; perform in a majorannual musical theatre production and in smaller concerts through the year as well as fundraising activities. Young people are also encouraged to help with productions in other ways e.g. costumes, make-up and print and gain useful experience in areas they are studying.

To advance public education in, and appreciation of, the arts and in particular of drama, literature and musical theatre, in such ways as the trustees shall from time to time determine including through the staging of accessible theatre productions of artistic merit and related educational programmes.

Spin Off Productions provides performances, workshops, training sessions, forum theatre, therapeutic arts, musical theatre, consultancy and advice to the general public and community groups in Hull and the surrounding area. Our aim is educate the public in the arts in all its forms.
