Kirkby and Liverpool North Sea Cadets aims to give young people the best possible head start in life through nautical adventure and fun, in cooperation with the Marine Society and Sea Cadets.

To provide for the social interaction and welfare needs of ex RAF personnel and to provide support for the local Air Cadet Squadrons

The aim of the Sea Cadet Corps (SCC) is to help young people towards responsible adulthood and to encourage them to reach their potential by developing valuable personal attributes and high standards of conduct, using a nautical theme based on the customs and traditions of the Royal Navy.

Nautical based activities providing training in areas of reponsibility, team work & life skills

Fund raising to cover costs of items and activities, not funded through National or Local Official sources, to enable the Dorset Army Cadets to carry out their training in an appropriate manner. In addition the league supports young cadets whose income may require financial support to attend collective training away from home.

Investments in various Financial Services

Support to Army Cadet Force activities where funding cannot be provided from other sources.

Fund raising events, subscriptions, sponsorship, grants sought, gift aid, investment income and deposit interest raised an income of £3,150 before expenses. Grants were made totalling £2,000.

To provide funds and grants for such charitable purposes for the benefit of members of the 1st Cadet Battalion, Kings Royal Rifle Corps to improve their military efficiency as Army Cadets or their physical, social or mental well-being.

TRAINING YOUNG PEOPLE IN CUSTOMS OF THE ROYAL NAVY AND ALL AREAS OF BOATING, ROWING SAILING POWER AND KAYAKING

The charity supports the cadets and adult volunteers of Middlesex & North West London ACF. The support can be related to welfare, sports, overseas trips, cultural trips, historic trips and all activities relating to Army Cadets.

The Maritime Youth Group is a small independent charity. Aims are: To advance skills in the area of education and learning among local residents and surrounding areas and to provide or assist in the provision of facilities for the training and development of young people who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, disability, poverty or social and economic circumstances.

To supply site and equipment to units of the Sea Cadets to enable them to carry out the required boating activities

Our trust deed clearly states that the 'income derived from the investment is to be used for the benefit of Dyfed ACF only, for the purpose of purchasing/renewing Duke of Edinburgh Award and Adventure Training equipment.'

Horizon Performing Arts is an organisation based in the Warrington area. The Performance Group consists of:The Horizon Corps, Horizon Percussion Ensemble, Horizon Brass Ensemble, Horizon Winterguard - we teach members aged eight and above to play chosen musical equipment from a wide range of instrumentation and the opportunity to learn dance and movement.

THE OBJECT OF THE CORPS IS TO HELP AND EDUCATE CHILDREN, BETWEEN THE AGES OF 9 AND 18, TO DEVELOP THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES IMPROVED BY EMPLOYING THE TRADITIONS AND PRACTICES OF THE ROYAL NAVY.

We aim to create an environment where young people aged 8-18 can reach their full potential whatever their circumstances. We provide a balanced programme of activities that develops the whole person in an environment of social interaction and team working, using a nautical theme based on the customs and traditions of the Royal and Merchant Navies.

The Tyne Lifeboat Society supports local good causes on Tyneside that are involved with saving lives on the River Tyne and around the immediate coastline and also youth organisations with a marine context.Organisations that benefit include Volunteer Lifeguards, Volunteer Life Brigades, Sea Cadets, Sea Scouts and Marine Emergency Units.

Bristol ACF fund raising consists of bag packing at local supermarkets as well as donations from local individuals and organisations. During the past year we have been able to assist cadets to attend annual camp, have bought equipment to enhance training facilities and have provided funds for social activities that benefit all our young people.

To provide ex naval personnel and their families social and welfare opportunities, including assistance when required. Also supply support for local sea cadet unit.
