The charity offers residential, nursing and dementia care to older people in care homes on seven sites across England. We operate day care centres and a free-to-access grants service for individuals, and work to combat the devastating effects of loneliness among older people. Clergy Support Trust, formerly Sons & Friends of the Clergy, is a clergy support charity established in 1655. Our mission is to support Anglican clergy families through difficult times, whether caused by financial hardship, health problems or other difficulties. We do this mainly through cash grants to individual beneficiaries and through working with other clergy wellbeing organisations.

The Charity provides sheltered flats for older people in Gloucestershire as well as a Residential Home and Nursing Home. The Charity also offers day care services for those living with dementia in the wider community as well as a weekly social club.The Trust also administers a "Relief in Need" grant making branch of the charity and the former Gloucester District Nursing Charity.
