To provide the inhabitants of, and visitors to, Tollesbury parish with a Community Centre for the use of voluntary and other organisations promoting educational and recreational pursuits and social welfare for the benefit of the community. The association shall be non-party in politics and non-sectarian in religion and shall not be disciminatory.

The hall is in use for before and after school clubs, clinics for the community, childrens clubs and senior citizens clubs.
