Enfield Division provides activities for girls only from 5 to 25 and leaders. These girl led activities include craft, games, camps and holidays, badges eg. D of E, competitions, adventurous activities and fund raising. Section wide events include Rainbow days, Brownie Sleepovers, Guide camps, leader training, Heafield competition, Patrons Lunch and Guiding Gala Dinner

District Guide Association for Burnham and Taplow (1 Ranger, 2 Guide units, Four Brownies units and one Rainbow). District has 100% interest in income and assets of Burnham Supporters Committee. Purpose of Supporters Committee is to provide a safe and fit for purpose Guide HQ and garden for Burnham Units.

A 'Good Neighbours' Scheme for the elderly. Community activities for the Christmas Lights Switch On, a Christmas Market and Chadderton Family Fun Day. A community allotment and woodland project to provide a wildlife space with walks, children's play space, pond dipping facilities, raised beds for cultivation of flowers and vegetables run by the local Brownie Group.

Rainbows are part of Girlguiding UK, which is part of a worldwide movement, enabling girls and young women to fulfil their potential to take an active and responsible role in society through its distinctive, stimulating and enjoyable programme of activities delivered by trained volunteer leaders.

ElmsWild organises a variety of educational activities, including visits to the community woodland by groups of school children, Scouts, Brownies and Guides. Community events are held, for example Apple Day and craft workshops. Regular conservation work parties are held over 4 sites. Forest School runs at Lukeswood. Wildlife surveys are carried out.

Guiding Activities

To provide a fully maintained meeting place for Rainbows; Brownies; Guides and Ranger groups within the local area and provide a safe and happy environment for them to learn in a fun environment.

Aim to get community together - share ideas - open to all suggestions - singing for fun - armchair aerobics, luncheon club - coffee mornings - use of hall for rainbows/guides/brownies. Pentecostal Church - open for hire - concerts, harvest suppers etc.

The charity was established in 1993 and supports Girlguiding units in Morecambe, Heysham , Slyne with Hest, Bolton le Sands, Carnforth, Nether Kellet, Warton and Silverdale,Lancashire. The division jointly owns, with Lancaster & Garstang division (Reg Charity No 1031360), Silver Sapling campsite, Silverdale as a facility available to all Units within the division and the wider area.

Little Bytham Village Hall is used weekly by various local groups ie, Guides, Brownies & Rainbows. Also a very talented art group meets every week. We are regularly used by our Parish Council and local churches . Our hall is also used by local people for children's parties, weddings, bingo, quiz evenings, concerts and specialist talks.

Girlguiding Colneis covers the Felixstowe Peninsula and supports the Units and Volunteers who bring Girlguiding to the Felixstowe Area. The Division includes the Girlguiding Colneis Division Centenary Headquarters, which is run by a Sub-Committee, for use not only by Girlguiding members but the local community as a community space.

Local Girlguiding District giving girls and young women a space where they can be themselves, have fun, build brilliant friendships, gain valuable life skills and make a positive difference to their lives and their communities. We build girls? confidence and raise their aspirations. We give them the chance to discover their full potential and encourage them to be a powerful force for good.

Scouting and Guiding activities for young people

Activities for members of Guide Assocation in Erewash Area ( part Girlguiding Derbyshire ) including mangement and operation of Area headquarters building Trefoil House.

Supporting the work done with children and young people under the auspices of Girlguiding UK

To provide a headquarter building for use by Girlguiding Middlesex South West and its units to allow for training of guiders; run unit activities.

We provide a building in Yarmouth, Isle of Wight, in which rainbows, brownies and guides, beaver scouts, cub scouts and Yarmouth sea scouts can hold their meetings.

Makes awards to young people, from 0-25yr in full time education, who live in the parish of Cridling Stubbs, or a parent does, for the education and social benefit i.e educational visits, music lessons and equipment, sports training, tuition fees at college & university, school uniform, cubs, scouts, guides & brownies.

District accounts for Rainbows, Brownies and Guides in Bungay district.Income from fundraising, gift aid and division. Expenditure on activities for girls (including hall maintenance).
