Nottingham Open Spaces Forum is an independent charity which brings together Friends of Groups, other volunteers, community gardeners, partner organisations and other stakeholders to create a support network. We aim to work together and in partnership with Nottingham City Council and other public landowners to promote, protect, conserve and enhance the open and green spaces of our city.

Fundraising activities to raise money to enhance the educational and social experiences of the the children at Broadstone Hall Primary School

Our objectives are to advance the education of pupils at Trinity School, Sevenoaks. In particular by: - Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school. - Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support and advance the education of the pupils.

Friends of Sherwood Park hold fundraising events such as fetes, disco's, quiz nights, sponsored events and the like, with the aim of providing necessary equipment, chairs, changing tables, playground, upkeep of the buses, Christmas presents for the pupils etc. Without the fundraising many of these things the school cannot afford, even though they are essential.

We have provided financial and other support to the Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Service to further the advancement of the musical education of students in the County Youth Music groups. Funds were raised by holding various concerts throughout the year, operating a tuck shop at the Kettering Road site, producing and selling "hoodies" and producing and selling audio and photo cds.

Raising funds towards the repair,restoration, preservation, maintenance, upkeep and beautification of the 12th Century parish church of St Peter's Cassington. Funds are granted to the PCC, who are responsible for such work, where the purpose falls within the above criteria in the opinion of the Trustees.

Our PTFA supports the All Saints CofE Primary School in South Wimbledon, London. We work with our school, parents, friends, pupils and the local community to put on events and activities such as an Autumn Fair, Summer Raffle, Easter Egg hunt etc. These help to fundraise for the school and for us to work with our local community.
