Associations Charities That specialise in League of friends

We are a group of approximately 40 volunteers, who in consultation with our hospital trust, serve in the hospital. We generate income from this work and this is spent in the hospital or on health related items for the benefit of patients.

The charity raises money to restore, maintain and enhance All Saints Church Headley, its churchyard and church centre building.

THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION (THE OBJECTS) IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL IN PARTICULAR BY: 2.1 DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL 2.2 ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS.

To maintain in working condition an old windmill at woodchurch for the benefit of the community and visitors. It is also a valuable educational facility inso far as many groups of youngsters visit the windmill to learn about traditional rural industries and the importance of environmental issues.

To raise money for the repair, upkeep, cleaning, preservation and conservation of the fabric of the ancient Church and Churchyard of All Saints, Bolton Percy, North Yorkshire, by donations with optional gift aid, gifts, functions, grants and any other means.

WE HOLD FUND RAISING EVENTS TO FUND EQUIPMENT AND TRIPS FOR THE SCHOOL CHILDREN

Our purpose as a charity is to advance the education of pupils Sixpenny Handley First School and Nursery, in particular by:1. Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school.2. Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

Parent Teacher Association.Raising funds for the school.

The main objects of the Society are to support the poor of the Alms Houses of the Lady Katherine Leveson Hospital and to aid in the upkeep of St. Mary's Church Temple Balsall and the Old Hall Temple Balsall. The full objects of the Society are as set out in its Constitution.

Fund Raising events, Family Bingo, School Disco's, Fashion Shows, Christmas Fete and Summer Fete. These are the main events we put on each year at the school.

We run various activities and events in order to raise funds for the ongoing provison of additional educational activities for the school, thus supporting the enhanced education of our children.

The Friends make grants available to the potteries museums and art gallery and Gladstone Industrial Museum to enable them to acquire objects and carry out activities which they would otherwise not be able to do. The friends therefore only indirectly help the classifications shown above.

The Friends Of Knavesmire Primary School raises money for the school by organising fun activities for the children and school community throughout the year. The money contributes toward the provision of opportunities and additional resources to enrich and enhance the learning experience of pupils.

We raise money through various events at the school to provide additional equipment/resources to enhance our children's education. Fund raising events include Christmas Bazaar, Summer Fayre, Concerts, Easter Eggstravaganza, Halloween Trail...

Provide hospital and others with financial support

Our Charity raises funds through hosting events, recycling, fayres, community projects, auctions & other revenue streams which fully deliver. We rely on Business, Community, Parents & carers to help lend their time, services & goods to achieve our objectives. All monies raised provide extra curricular activities & materials, ICT needs, Gardens & focuses on sensory equipment for Special Needs.

The preservation, repair, maintenance, restoration, improvement and ornamentation of the fabric of the Parish Church of St Paul, Bedford and other property used and occupied by the said Church.

Raising money to provide the children of Childer Thornton Primary School with additional resources which fall outside of the school budget. These resources may be educational or recreational, they may also be to enhance the learning environment within the school. The Association also raises money for charities connected to the children and the school community

relieve patients and former patients of the hospital and other invalids in the community who are sick convalescent, disabled, handicapped, infirmed or in need of financial assistance and generally to help the charitable work of the said hospital

Fund raising events to support school in providing best possible eduction for the children.

The charity holds a number of fundraising events to raise money for improved learning facilities within St Alban's primary School.
