The organisation supports Wessington Primary School by organising school and community events to raise money towards equipment and resources to enhance the children's educational experience and buy items often not covered by the school budget.

RAISE FUNDS TO OBTAIN EXTRAS FOR THE SCHOOL AND USE OF IT'S PUPILS

We are a 'Parent Teacher Association' who fundraise throughout the school calendar year to raise additional funds to provide extra resources, equipment and money for the children of the school. This is done via Summer & Christmas fairs, competitions and shows.

The Friends of Wash Common Library was set up in 2017 as a response to the threatened closure of the library by West Berkshire Council. After a campaign lasting nearly two years the Friends, with support from Newbury Town Council, re-opened the library as a Community library. FoWCL fund and manage the library, it Is completely independent of WBLS and is run entirely by volunteers.

Restoration, maintenance and improvement of the buildings and spire of St Matthias Church (Richmond, Surrey) and Community Centre

1. Assist in the preservation, repair and maintenance of the fabric of the Church of St Mary Magdalene, Barkway and major fittings and ornaments of the Church and to maintain the Churchyard.2. Foster interest in the preservation of the Church throughout the parishes of Barkway, Nuthampstead and among all who live in the village or have reason to care for the well-being of the Church.

To promote maintenance, repair, preservation and improvement of the church. Promote education through the wider use of the church for cultural and heritage purposes. Educate people in history and heritage of the church.All the above for the public benefit.

Fundraising events such as Fun Runs, raffles, stalls, social events.

The Friends of Ellington Park undertake activities to inform, educate, encourage a healthy lifestyle and wellbeing, and encourage community spirit for residents of, and visitors to, Ramsgate.These activities are held within a public park, and are open to everyone regardless of age, gender, ability or ethnicity.

TO TAKE ALL SUCH ACTIONS AS ARE WITHIN ITS POWER TO PRESERVE, CONSERVE, RESTORE, REPAIR AND BEAUTIFY THE FABRIC OF ST JAMES' CHURCH, CHURCH LANE, ALVESTON, STRATFORD ON AVON, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH AND OF THE WIDER COMMUNITY, IN PERPETUITY.

The objects of the Friends are to advance the education of the public in Maldon and the surrounding areas by providing support and assistance to Thomas Plume's Library (Registered Charity number 1179957) through activities and projects and in such other ways as the Executive Committee may from time to time determine.

TO SUPPORT THE WORK OF THE PRIORY CHURCH OF ST. MARY AND ST. CUTHBERT, BOLTON ABBEY.THIS IS ACHIEVED BY SUPPORTING BOLTON PRIORY'S PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL IN PRESERVING AND MAINTAINING THE FABRIC OF BOLTON PRIORY, IT'S FITTINGS, FURNITURE, AND ORNAMENTS, AND ALSO IT'S SERVICES AND MUSIC.

Our charity holds fundraisers for the school within the school grounds as well as outside. We raise funds to help provide additional opportunities for the children within our school community. Over the course of the year we also raise funds, take part in events for other local charities within the community.

The association seeks to raise funds on behalf of the school, to advance the education and development of the pupils at Coton C of E Primary School.Proceeds of the fund raising will be used to purchase new facilities and equipment, and to maintain and refurbish existing equipment, as determined by the PTA committee, to meet the objectives of the Association.

Fundraising Events

We raise funds by holding several events throughout the year which is then donated to Vigo School. Our donations pay towards purchasing items that will benefit the pupils. Twice a year, we hold a charity day where upon, we receive donations from the pupils in return for a dress down day. The donations received are then donated to local charities that have helped the families of the school.

We are a charity that works to support the learning and resources of all pupils at Friezland Primary School. We raise much needed funds through events to enable the children at the school to receive the best possible education.

The aim of the Friends is to advance the education and enrich the experience of the pupils of Claremont School.

The object of our association is to advance the education of the pupils at the school by developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school andengaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils

The charity provides an opportunity for young people to enjoy their instruments and improve their musical skills by playing together. Ensembles coached by experienced musicians meet weekly and they give about three public concerts each year.
