We are a Parent Teacher Association and focus on fundraising for Colston's Girls' School. Teachers can apply for funds for items/activities which the school otherwise would not be able to afford. We then discuss the requests and approve/reject them. The main fundraising events we do throughout the year are one Raffle plus a big summer fair with second hand uniform sale. The Friends of Knaptoft began as a group in 1939. It has two main areas of influence. It is first and foremost an Ecumenical Christian Group servicing four open-air services annually in the ruins of an english heritage church site, during which collections are taken up on behalf of a range of registered charities and shared with the friends towards the cost of upkeep of the site and to cover admin

Raise money for the children of Scalford Church of England School through various fund raising activities. Money raised pays for children to attend school trips and for additional enrichment activities or equipment for them. In line with clause 2.2 of our constitution: Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils

WE SPONSOR LECTURES AND OTHER EVENTS AND SUPPORT THE MUSEUM IN ANY WAY WE CAN. IN JUNE 2010 WE PRODUCED 300 BOOKLET'S CALLED 'PERFECT ARRANGEMENTS IN TIME' ABOUT FREDERIC GERSHOM-PARKINGTON (1886-1952) WHO BEQEATHED ONE OF THE COUNTRY'S MOST IMPORTANT CLOCK AND TIMEPIECE COLLECTION TO THE TOWN OF BURY ST. EDMUNDS. IN PAST 12 MONTHS WE ENABLED & CONTRIBUTED TO PURCHASE OF ITEMS FOR THE MUSEUM

To help publicise the history of St Mary's Church Chesham, and to promote strengthening of relations between the church and the local community.To educate and help proclaim the good news of Jesus ChristTo organise events and raise funds to be used for the maintenance andImprovement of the fabric and furnishings of St Mary's Church Chesham and associated Buildings.

Raising funds through charitable events ie. coffee mornings,bingo etc.The money raised goes towards equipment for snettisham school to improve the school conditions for the pupils and teachers.

Raise money to pay for materials, equipment and activities to enhance the education of the children at St Keverne CP school.

Car Boot sales have now finished, also Table Sales. We rely on Donations and we have been holding Raffles to bring in some revenue to boost our funds. Mossley Hill Hospital will be closing down in 2014. We will carry on providing the Wards and Heys Court until such time that the hospital finaly closes

The Charity exists to run the Adur and Hove Stroke Club. This club is run exclusively by volunteers and meets once a week on Friday afternoons to provide a social opportunity to its members who have suffered a stroke and may otherwise be housebound. The club also provides refreshments and is able to offer transport and excercise to those members who wish to take advantage of this facility.

To support the school by organising fundraising activities such as Christmas Fayre, Summer Fayre, cake sales, providing refreshments for school plays etc.

RAISE ADDITIONAL FUNDS TO SUPPLEMENT SCHOOLS BUDGET AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL RESOURCES

The Charity plans and runs social, fundraising events for the families and friends of children at St Vincent's Catholic Primary School in Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire. Funds raised by the Charity are used by the School to provide educational opportunities and resources for the pupils of the School that cannot be funded by the other grants made to the School.

Promoting wildlife and public access to Aston's Eyot, a former rubbish tip turned nature reserve in East Oxford, through increasing biodiviersity (habitat management) and path maintenance. Also involving local residents in wildlife events - dawn chorus and plant identification walks, moth trapping, bat detecting and volunteer work parties involving planting, scything, litter picking etc.
