Acquiring by gift, purchase or otherwise, and present to the Bodleian Library rare printed books and manuscripts as well as other items of literary, musical, historical or artistic interest, assisting the library in the purchase of any such material and its preservation; promoting and supporting the library in its aim to fulfil the needs of the University of Oxford.

We support St Marys, Brecon by providing and assisting in the restoration, preservation, repair, improvement and beautification of St Marys church and by providing additional facilities and contributing towards the cost of maintaining the ministry at the church and the day to day costs incidental thereto for and on behalf of the Parochial Church Council or successor.

To promote participation in healthy recreation by providing or assisting in the provision and development of facilities for swimming, to advance amateur sport by the provision and development of facilities or opportunities for participation in the sport of swimming and to advance education in water safety and the benefits of swimming and sport, in Church Stretton and surrounding areas.

The Group carries out its work in Felling Park Felling Gateshead.We have a group of volunteers who carry out the work of maintaining the park grounds.This includes securing funds to enable us to purchase equipment and plants,which enables us to improve the general standard of the park.We liaise with the local schools,so that the children can come to the park and learn about wildlife and plants.

Annual Summer Fayre for children and parents. Quiz Night for parents only. In addition there are other small fundraising events throughout the school year - selling themed items, mufti days, bake sales and ice creams etc. There are themed raffles held each year, registered under the Gambling Act.

Raises money to support and maintain the musical life of Hexham Abbey as an integral part of worship.

Providing additional support for Preston Primary School

To promote the public appreciation and understanding of the arts by the support, maintenance and advancement of the charitable work of the City Varieties Music Hall.

Our aim is to enrich children's school experience, build community, and raise funds to improve resources. We support pupils through fundraising by parents, carers, friends, and teachers, providing items not covered by the school budget. Formal meetings are held at school. We organise events, both in-person and virtually, at school or other venues, ensuring safety and risk assessments are conducted

We raise awareness of the work of, and raise funds to support, Atsede Clinic in Cheha Woreda, Ethiopia, focusing on maternal, neonatal and child health services, sexual health programmes, and community outreach projects. We provide training for health workers, sponsor girls to stay in education, and mentor women, promoting equality and social justice through sustainable, community-led action.

Fundraising for school equipment/play facilities/activities

Raise funds to improve the quality of life and services for clients who previously attended the Endeavour Day Centre which was located in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. Since closure of the Centre, these clients are now located at either the Great Missenden Garden Nursery, or at "Outreach" at the Chesham Opportunities Centre in Chesham.

To help to restore, preserve, repair, maintain , improve and beautify the church of St. Mary's, Bruton.

The Friends of St Mary's School is a group of parents who raise money for the school to enhance the children's learning experience.
