Sunday Assembly is a secular community-led charity celebrating life, alleviating social isolation and loneliness. We host guest speakers and poets alongside our resident band and choir. We also have a variety of social groups aligned with our motto 'Live Better. Help Often. Wonder more.' Our volunteers have opportunities to develop and grow through training, skills sharing and peer support.

The organisation supports Ysgol Pen Barras by providing facilities and equipment or funds to purchasethem, to the school, to advance the education of the pupils. The organisation organises social activities for the pupils and their families as part of the fundraising efforts.

Provision of social activities for adults with learning difficulties. Weekly meetings for members with entertainment, discos, games etc and occasional outings. The club also offer limited sports activities

The Miner's InstituteIs the focal point of many local social activities in the Llynvi valley Activities include Social Bingo and meeting point, Home of Nanty Youth Club, Private Gym in Basement complex. We are a school Parent Staff Association for Rayne Primary and Nursery School. We operate at the school premises arranging various social activities and fundraisers to raise money for the school.

Run Memory Cafe sessions: All Thursdays of each month between 2.00-4.00pm. Cafe session programmes provide the opportunity for guests and their supporters to engage in a wide range of arts, cultural and social activities, often led by professional facilitators.
