Provides opportunities for people aged 16 and above with learning or physical disabilities to try a variety of different sporting and social activities in a safe and secure environment, at a level appropriate to individual needs

SDSG runs a weekly swim session and other sports/social activities, for persons with a physical, sensory or learning disability and for those recovering from short-term illness or injury. Individuals - who are encouraged to come with other family members or carers - swim to help build confidence, increase strength, and co-ordination, social interaction, and primarily, to have fun.

The charity maintains the hall providing space and supporting local social activities and groups in the community.

We provide an outlet for social interaction specifically for adults with learning disabilities to socialise with their peers on a regular basis, in a safe and friendly environment, in the form of weekly evening sessions and seasonal day trips at the weekend.

Raises funds for the relief of poverty and education in Israel and the Ukraine and provides social activities and food parcels for the elderly and infirm in the UK and assists in the funding of other charitable organisations in this country and in Israel

The hall exists for the benefit of the parish and is available for hire, with carpark at reduced rates for parishioners . It supports local initiatives and provides space for meetings and social activity.

Fund-raising and social activities for the benefit of the pupils of Stoke Canon Primary School.Funds used to pay for equipment, activities and events not provided for in the school budget.

Friends of Hunloke Park Primary School is a charity set up and run by parents and guardians of children attending Hunloke Park Primary School in Wingerworth, Chesterfield. We raise money through social activities including fairs and discos to provide resources and experiences for the children that the school budget cannot meet.

THE OBJECT OF THE CLUB IS TO PROVIDE FACILITIES AND PROMOTING THE GAME OF ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL. ARRANGING MATCHES AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES FOR ITS MEMBERS AND COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION. IN DOING SO PROMOTING HEALTH AND WELL BEING TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS OF ALL AGES.

Here at Bury Vetrerans Hub we signpost and offer support in the following area's:- Counselling, Family Support, Housing Support, Combatting Isolation, Debt Advice, Education, Health and Well Being Support, Community Gardening and Bee Keeping. We also offer sport and social activities and events requested by our members. This also includes two Breakfast Clubs and two monthly drop ins.
