SNAC aims to provide opportunities for children, young people and others who have physical and/or learning difficulties. This is achieved by the provision of programmes of recreation, educational and social activities, outings and events. We encourage family members, along with the extended family, to join in these activities. This gives parents and carers the chance to network with others people.

To provide a social club for adults with Special Needs

The Southern Holderness Resource Centre is a community venue which provides facilities and resources that support the community. The centre has a range of equipment to hire, offices to lease and function rooms to rent. Shores also is recognised venue for civil ceremonies etc, and an approved centre to deliver recognised qualification. It also accommodates social groups and community organisations.

Prioviding support of all forms to people with Aspergers Syndrom and Autism and their carers, to provide information and advise, organise sporting and social activities.

FAYAP run a Friday evening Youth club, Lunch club, Art club, Music groups, a Drop-in After school club, Drama, LGBTplus group. We rent our facilities to other community groups and have the support of the local police and Town Council. We aim to help the wider community by reducing the anti-social activities which arise from young people hanging around with nothing to do.

The Club provides information in interpreted talks, social activities, meetings, trips out to various places of interest. We meet in the upstairs lounge of Cramlington Working Mans Club on Thursday evenings from 7pm -11pm. All D/deaf, HoH and Hearing welcome. We have had local councils / Fire service / police / health service visits to find out what they can do to help the deaf with any problems.

Raising funds from individual donations and other social activities

The Centre was opened in 2005 to provide a facility for the residents and young people of the community. Activities include playgroups, a social group for ladies 50+ years and nurture groups. There are meeting rooms, activity rooms and an outdoor play area for hire. Our aim is to make the Lynnfield centre the hub of the local community for people of all ages to use.

The Charity helps elderly and disabled people in the Belper Area who had some disability and needed entertainment and help to improve their lives.We have Wheel chairs and equipment we loan as and when. Monthly meetings provides entertainment.

The charity, based in the North East of England, provides a support structure for women diagnosed with breast cancer and ongoing support following their treatment through regular group meetings, social activities and fundrasing events. We performs musicals & plays and also are frequently asked to perform at fund-raisers for local charities and churches. We actively recruit new members from the local area and always encourage people to try new ideas and develop new skills. We have regular attendance from nursing homes and old people groups along with young peoples social groups.
