IACT focuses on engaging with potential partner nations to explain the benefits that the Air Cadet experience can provide for developing their own youth. The David Quayle Memorial Trust was set up in memory of our son and brother David, who died from bowel cancer in May 2015, aged 41. It aims to support causes which were dear to David's heart, namely Scouting and the Macmillan centre at Leighton Hospital

The Welling Cadet Forces Foundation (WCFF) is looking purchase land to establish a cadet training centre for the long-term benefit of the youth of Welling and the surrounding area. The land, buildings and facilities will support and develop the creation of new Welling cadet groups, whilst supporting the activities of the cadet forces and Welling residents who are cadets.

Built on the ethos and standards of the Royal Navy, Sea Cadet training focuses on water sports and seamanship (carried out on a local river, the sea, adjacent naval establishments) and soldiering skills for Royal Marine Cadets. Cadets can also take national awards such as the Duke of Edinburgh or even attain accredited qualifications in navigation, communication and management.
