We sponsor very bright primary school children living in slums. We pay for school fees, books, uniforms and basic essentials to enable them to attend top secondary schools. We select top secondary schools based on their past results and the number of students from the school who have qualified for university.

We want to better the lives of children through healthcare and education. Children are images of God and no true God loving individual can see them suffer.Our members will identify children projects and through generous donations from the British public, we hope to collect enough funds to buy educational equipment and material or medicines for children in Africa and India.

Our objects are TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF CHILDREN IN ZAMBIA WHO ARE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED.We currently support around 1,000 vulnerable children and young adults in Kabwe, Zambia. Our programmes cover a school with pupils from Pre-School to Grade 9, a Vocational Skills Centre and Feeding.

Ivybridge Youth For Christ works to take the Good News of Jesus Christ relevantly to all children and young people in Ivybridge and the surrounding area. The charity works in schools running christian clubs and assemblies, runs an outreach at a local park, runs a drop in youth club, helps church/runs youth groups, mentors young Christians and raises awareness of social justice issues.

Supporting children with life limiting and life threatening illnesses and conditions such as cancer.

We run events and activities in order to raise funds to provide equipment and other items for the benefit of the children and staff of St James' CofE Primary School. Events include Summer and Christmas Fairs, Discos, Popcorn Clubs, Cake Sales, Sponsored Events and Preloved Uniform Sales.

The PTA runs events in the school for the children and adults to raise money for the school

Presenting the Christian Faith to children and young people in schools in the Bedford geographical area. This is done by invitation from the schools, through assemblies/lessons - R.E. & PHSE/lunchtime and after school clubs/self-esteem sessions/mentoring and special projects: Creative Prayer, Barn Nativity, Godly Play, Prayer Spaces, Life Path etc.

The Charity operates a Mosque and Maddressah. 5 daily prayers takes place daily and the Maddressah classes (supplementary school) operates from 5pm to 7.30pm Monday to Friday for children above the age of 5.

Parish support. Short breaks for those in difficult circumstances, support for women prisoners and families, school children in deprived area, womens refuge. Blankets, baby clothes, toilet bags to hospitals, support members overseas, literacy, development, health education, famine relief.

The advancement of the Christian Faith according to the principles of the Baptist Denomination. By education/training,the prevention or relief of poverty, overseas aid/famine relief,religious activities amongst Children/Young people, Elderly/old People, People with disabilities,other Compatible Charities or Voluntary Bodies, the General Public by providing resources as we are able.

To assist the provision of education for children through the maintenance and support of The Brampton Ellis Church of England Infant School, The Brampton Ellis Church of England Junior School & The Hemingfield Ellis Church of England Primary School.

The Bradford on Avon Community Church runs a programme of activities to advance the Christian Faith and the worship of God throughout the week but principally centred on the Sunday morning meeting to which members and non-members are welcome. The programme caters for all age groups with special arrangements for children and teenagers.
